Pool heating* If desired, pool gas heating is available for an additional $250 per day, ensuring a warm and comfortable swim in all seasons. Daily cost is $350 in Winter (June to August).
**Pool heating requests and payments need to be made no later than 48-hours prioir to your arrival date, otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to offer this service during your stay.

Our property is equipped with a Ring camera monitoring the deck area. 2.⁠ ⁠No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3.⁠ ⁠Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4.⁠ ⁠The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 14.
