The 2B/2B handicap-accessible condo is directly across the street from Siesta Key Public Beach - rated the #1 beach in the world by Dr. Beach for two years. The unit has been completely updated with with high-end brand-new huge super Smart TVs, Bluetooth enabled sound bar in the living room, Blu-ray players. high speed Wi-Fi (400 Mbps), a fully-equipped cooker's kitchen (with Air-fry oven), huge glassed-in porch with view of the beach, and office set-up with 27" high-end monitor, full-size keyboard, great sounding speakers, wireless mouse, and HP color printer/scanner/copier.

The master bedroom has a full bath with shower/bath tub, form queen bed, and huge super Smart TV/Blu-ray player. The guest bedroom has two firm twin beds that can be converted to a king-size bed and a Smart TV/Blu-ray player. The bathroom shower is handicap accessible.

Directly out your front door is your assigned covered parking spot. A few more steps and you'll be at the lap-friendly heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. You also have access to well maintained gas grills.

Jump on one of the free rides to The Village which is less than a mile away for many great options for meals, shopping, live music, and dancing. There are several clubs that cater to both the young and more "mature."

Crescent Royale
Absolutely beautiful setting. One of a kind beach is only a very short walk. The Village is an easy one mile walk. Swimming pool is well maintained and inviting. Fitness room is well equipped. We hosted two long time friends for two nights in the second bedroom. Our unit was very clean, updated furnishings with very comfortable bed in master bedroom.We enjoyed all the amenities of the unit and the Crescent Royale facilities.

Perfect location
The property was perfect for the 4 of us. Property was very clean, Beach across the street, minutes to the village, pool was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. The management was great!

Safe, beautiful property across from the beach
We really loved this condo! I traveled with my husband and two young kids. The kids' bedroom had its own bathroom with standing shower. It was really convienient the kids could get up in the night to go to the bathroom easily. We loved the lanai. My husband and i sat out there in the evenings and enjoyed the perfect breeze. The street that you cross to get to the beach does not have too much traffic and we were able to manage fine with our two kids. Its very close to the village. We also saw the trolley running. It was nice that so many beach supplies were provided. The pool is also nice with not that many people. Our kids also enjoyed the games at the clubhouse near the pool. Parking is right outside the community. Its gated and feels very secure. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tv was easy to figure out and instructions were also provided. The owner was incredibly kind and couteous throughout the stay. He welcomed me upon arrival and made sure we were happy and had what we needed. Highly recommend!

Family getaway
We love Siesta Key and all that it offers. This is the first time we have stayed at Crescent Royale. It was a great experience! John was great to work with! His communication was outstanding, he was responsive to any question we had, and he checked in to make sure everything was going well. The condo was perfect! It was clean, spacious and the location was perfect! It was right across from the main beach and only about a mile from downtown Siesta Key. The resort was great as well. The pool area was clean and very nice as well as the game room. We will stay here again in the future.

My parents, who were outstanding cooks and master bakers, lived in this unit before moving to a retirement home. Wanting to simplify their lives, they handed the business end of renting this property to me some four years ago. The unit was completely renovated before they moved in and was recently updated with new living room furniture, new kitchen appliances, and very current electronics.

Having grown up in Sarasota, we drive down from Atlanta and stay in the unit often... making improvements on each visit and insuring the kitchen remains fully equipped for both master chiefs and microwave-only heat-and-serve "cooks."

Being very technical and customer focused, we strive to make sure the unit is state-of-the-art (very current Smart TV, great Wi-Fi, computer workstation - just bring your laptop) yet very easy for anyone to use - even my 88 year-old mom!)

My mom still likes being involved in "the business" and offers fresh homemade bread that is delivered by the office during your stay. FWIW, her bread is legendary!

Our condominium is located in one of the best locations on Siesta Key. We are directly across the two-lane low-speed street from the north (less crowded) end of Siesta Key Public Beach. Don't worry, there is a crosswalk and folks are quick to stop for you!

The beach is famous for its super-fine white sand that reflects the sun so is never hot to the feet - even in the hottest days of the summer! The water's edge is shallow with a very gentle slope into the Gulf making it a great beach to swim and play.

We are located roughly a mile from The Village with its many restaurants, live-music venues, and shops. There is even free shuttles (tips only) to take you there and back!

Siesta Key has a laid-back relaxed environment with perfect venues for the young, the old, families, and couples looking for a romantic get-away!

Our condominium has an on-site office with a VERY friendly staff that works with us to insure you visit is hassle-free and exceeds your expectations. The common areas of cleaned daily so the pool area, umbrella tables, pool-side chairs, and community gas grills are as clean and inviting as any 5-star resort!
