The condo features a large bedroom with a luxury adjustable base king bed, walk-in closet and newly renovated bathroom and shower. An open concept common area includes a pull-out couch, 55” Smart TV loaded with premium cable + sports package, and a large desk / chair (& strong WiFi) - perfect for any remote work you need to complete (quickly so you can go back to the fun).

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and a grill is steps away from the unit. Take your dinner over to the breakfast bar, natural light saturated dining area, or outside to the private balcony that overlooks a peaceful lagoon. An in-unit washer and dryer and an additional half bathroom round out an amenity-packed unit. The unit is professionally cleaned by the island's top rated cleaning service.

Amazing Place!

This was the perfect spot! Easy beach and pool access. Everything was clean. Having 2 bikes included really made this place amazing, as it was so nice to not have to try to rent ones. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Lovely condo

Very well equipped, nicely furnished, and comfy condo for the two of us. The location is great and peaceful. The bikes included in the rental were awesome and very much appreciated for long bike rides on the beach!

Amazing stay

We’ve stayed in several condos at Palmetto Dunes but Barrington is maybe our favorite now. Beautiful condo, extremely clean, great updated furniture and appliances. No problems at all during our stay and easy to communicate with the owners. Thanks again!

Excellent accommodations

This condo was perfect for two people and in a great location! It really is just a short walk to the beach and the pool. And Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful place and offers many activities and is close to restaurants, shops, and other things to do. Danny is an excellent host and made the check in easy. We highly recommend!

First time to Hilton Head

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Great size for two people. Centrally located near all restaurants and destinations. We had wonderful weather. No rain and mostly sunny skies. A little disappointed that neither the pool or hot tub were open.

Restful weekend

Host was excellent. Super quick response and information. Condo was very clean and comfortable. King bed was really comfortable. Very nice balcony overlooking a small pond with water fountain; nice landscaping. Short walk to the pool and beach. Very relaxing, quiet, and just what was needed for a long weekend. Will return. Barrington Park villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barrington Park. The beach was steps away, the grounds and the lagoon were beautiful. We also enjoyed relaxing on the porch and enjoying the scenery. The villa was decorated so nice and had everything we needed. Danny was a phone call away if we needed anything but we didn’t. We would definitely visit again as we love Hilton Head and Barrington.

Perfect Palmetto Dunes Paradise!

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo just steps from the beach in Palmetto Dunes. Easy check in/check out process and easy parking. Big, comfy bed and great shower. This condo also has an additional half bath. Lovely deck overlooking the lagoon where we enjoyed our morning coffee before heading to the Tennis Center for some Pickle Ball. Bikes are available as well. Love Hilton Head and can’t wait to book this property again very soon!!

Easter vacation

Very nice place, easy walk to the beach, private and quiet. We used the tennis/pickleball membership and the bikes provided with the condo. It would have been nicer if the pool was open and heated for more of our stay, and if the hot tub was functional. Appreciate Danny's responsiveness regarding pool options and hot tub issues, but would have liked some more forewarning about this possibility.

August getaway.

Unit was clean upon check in. Walk to pool and beach with gear while not "close" was manageable. A view of ocean instead of small pond would be ideal but those don't come cheap! Good communication with owner. Only negative was some hazy, old glassware. Owner could consider adding and upgrading to some new ones. Otherwise, nice place and love Palmetto Dunes!

Perfect!!

We had fantastic communication with Danny prior to our trip! Everything was excactly and better than we expected! My husband and son I enjoyed every minute! We were there for a ahort weekend for me to run the Hilton Half Marathon! The hot tub helped my soreness and we had it all to oursleves! The unit was super clean and had an awesome new w/d set!! Tennis, golf, and bike riding happen to be some of our favorite hobbies and nowhere blends these better than HHI. If you're a new visitor to the island, ask for some of our recommendations!
