Catch fish in your backyard, or enjoy a bike ride around the neighborhood. Lounge in a hammock, or Netflix and chill. Enjoy delicious local restaurants that feature the freshest seafood, or catch and grill your own fish or scallops during scalloping season. There are nearby golf courses, biking and hiking trails, Forth Island Beach, waterfront restaurants, The Great Florida Birding Trail and Three Sisters' Springs State Park (winter home to the manatees).

You have access to the entire place minus a few cabinets, the wine cellar. The Master bath has a soaking tub. Feel free to use kayaks and bikes.
There is a keurig as well as filtered water. Home features a 65 inch smart TV, Apple TV, or just log in to your favorite streaming account and chill.
