Lack of use with splash pool (highlight of vacation home)

The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and close to everything. However, the lack of use with the splash pool was beyond frustrating. Reason my family and I choose this place was for the intimate and private pool. It was one day maybe two of pool use out of 7 days. Our goal was to relax by poolside late evening after touring and exploring. Each day or night it was an issue with the pool having bacteria, needing to be cleaned, emptied out and making us have to wait hours for use and still not right. It was a lot of back and forth communication but nothing being done. I had One day of a clear pool all the others were foggy and no waterfall running in the evening which we never knew was set on a timer that couldn’t be removed. Each time the guys tried to assist, but again it took up so much time and delay we couldn’t even use due to chemicals. My family and I were upset due to this issue and felt some form of compensation could have made due to this matter.
