We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming apartment in duplex with sea view, in 50 meters of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a terrace and a shared garden. The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor of the duplex :
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a small sea view.
- Room 2 : single bunk beds.
- A bathroom with bath and WC.

Outside:
- A balcony of about 8 m², facing South, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

Common area:
- Take advantage of the residence's swimming pool (shared, heated), open from April to October, and secured by a cover and a barrier. Opening dates subject to favorable weather conditions, not contractual.
- A shared garden within the residence.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking lot of the residence with numbered place.

- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne airport located about 20 minutes away by car.
- Bus: bus stop to get to Quimper.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices will be given to you by our partner.
