Lyx sjö hus byggt 2004, beläget på en stor privat mycket. Trä på den ena sidan, en bäck på den andra och sjön framför erbjuder privatliv, lugn och vacker utsikt. Inredningen är vackert inredd med massiva körsbärsträda golv på huvudplanen, koriska bänkskivor, komfortutrustning och nya möbler. Det finns en gaseldad spis på nedre våningen och en värmeproducerande vedeldad spis med sten murverk på huvudnivån. Huset har central luftkonditionering.

Den lägre nivån har 2 sovrum som sover 5 (3 singlar i ett rum och 2 i det andra), ett halv badrum och ett stort familjerum med öppen spis och ett pokbord. Huvudnivån har en veranda över baksidan och ett stort däck hela vägen fram och erbjuder ett stort "extra rum" utomhus. På huvudnivå finns också 2 sovrum (2 singlar i ett rum och 1 i det andra), ett badrum, modernt kök, tvättstuga, vardagsrum med öppen spis, matsal och privat solrum. Den andra våningen har två stora sovrum, alla med queen size-sängar och ett badrum. Bakgården har tillräckligt med utrymme för att parkera 6 + bilar och det finns plats för båt eller snöskotrar.

Vi ligger mittemot det kända Chautauqua-institutet, som är världsberömt för sina kulturella erbjudanden. Det finns många golfbanor, vandringsleder, restauranger i närheten. Skidåkning är 20 minuter bort; Det finns många snöskoterspår som går mycket nära fastigheten.

Gorgeous Lakefront Property

A large house that easily accommodated our large group, right on the lake and secluded. Owner was very cooperative and great communication leading up to our stay. I enthusiastically recommend this property.

Winter weekend at the lake

We met up with my daughter, my mom, sister and friends for a weekend of quilting and fun. The house was perfect for us to spread out and gather together! Would definitely stay again!

Great Lakefront Experience

Very nice lake house with plenty of room for all 7 of us. Enjoyed the view and perfect location close to the state park and central to the villages along the lake. Host was great to work with and very responsive to questions and needs. Highly recommend staying here.

Best place on the lake

This was a perfect place for our annual sibling weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean, a full kitchen with everything you need, and best of all a beautiful porch to view the peaceful lake and wildlife. We will rent again.

Perfect lakehouse

Perfect lake house for a large group. We're a family of 10 and this is the perfect house for us. Large kitchen/dining room, large covered porch with beautiful views of the lake, hiking trails nearby, privacy and large area for outdoor games, etc. This is our 2nd visit and we'll be back for a 3rd!

Love this house!

This is our fifth year staying at this house and we love it. We book President's weekend for our family's annual ice fishing vacation. The house is in a great location, its large enough for all of us and is always very clean. David turns the heat up before we get there too!

Comfortable and Well Equiped

Wonderful place with everything you might need. Very clean and comfortable with a great back porch and view of the lake. Large back yard had plenty of space for outdoor activities. Will return.

Great Retreat

The house is great for larger groups. It offered plenty of privacy and space for everyone to feel comfortable. The yard is large and private, perfect for the kids to play. Looking forward to visiting again.

Amazing Property

This was our second stay at the house. We absolutely love this property. The house is perfect for large groups. The property has gorgeous views of lake. The owners were very helpful and very easy to work with. My group and I would love to rent this property again.

Beautiful Home

We escaped from Chicago to quarantine in a different place for the week after Christmas. The house is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The house was right on the lake and we were close to hiking and sledding. The only thing that was a challenge was the grill. We wanted to grill for 10 people for the New Year and the grill was not big enough. There were two other grills there but we were asked not to use them. If the house fits 10 people, so should the grill.

Wonderful home, friendly neighborhood.

Owners went out of their way to meet our requirements. Great time was had by all! Family games on the large lawn, crafts on the porch and an ample kitchen for preparing gourmet family meals.
