Sound front end-unit in Ballast Point Villas! This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with multiple windows and covered deck that showcase spectacular water views from every angle. Designed with an open floor plan, this condo features a living room, Chef's kitchen with eat-on bar with granite countertops, and window encased dining area allowing plenty of more natural light. Master suite with King bed and newly renovated bathroom, 2nd bedroom with King bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 Twin beds, having a connected Jack-n-Jill bathroom between them. Additional 4th bedroom with Queen Bed and en-suite bathroom. During your stay, guests have access to the Pirate's Cove community pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and miles of lighted dock. There is covered parking for this unit, but boat or jet-ski trailer will need to be stored off-site. The building has an elevator for easier access; the property is non-smoking and pet-free. Fireplace is not offered with property. Guests will also have storage for beach items, 30' Dock Space, Electric Grill, Pack-n-Play, and high chair for use!

Beautiful views

Sound Decision was a perfect retreat! Enjoyed the beautiful views, the spacious and clean living spaces indoor and out, and the location was a winner.

A beautiful property!

The unit was comfortable, convenient and just as described. Well equipped with beautiful views! The only downside was a somewhat unpredictable elevator, but the rental company went the extra mile to make sure we could access our unit. They even offered us a second unit if the stairs became too big an issue. We’re definitely planning to book Sound Decision again for next year.

Sound Decision

Wonderful property, clean, beautiful setting but taken aback at being provided only one dishwasher pod, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, tiny bars of soap, no shampoo/conditioner, no beach towels, and one thin bath towel, face towel and wash cloth per person. Given the price we paid, I would expect these amenities to be included. And for reference, I own a ski condo on the mountain in Colorado and we provide these amenities and much, much more. We’ve stayed at other vacation properties and never encountered the paucity of inexpensive amenities that would make guests much happier.

FIRST TRIP TO THE OUTER BANKS

This was our first trip to the outer banks area and wanted to base ourselves in the Manteo area. We found this unit, and I have to say we were beyond delighted. The unit is large, 4-bedrooms, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The views over the Roanoke sound are stunning. We really enjoyed our stay, and would come back here in a heartbeat.

A Great Stay at Sound Decision!

We enjoyed our stay at Sound Decision- the condo was beautiful and the neighborhood was lovely. We really enjoyed the deck and the sound view. The layout was great and the furnishings were nice. Our only complaint is the lack of dish rags and kitchen towels, and that it wasn't ready for check-in until about 4:40.
