Great stay! From the location to parking to the cleanliness and thoughtfully provided amenities! Can't beat being in walking distance to all the attractions and easily accessible on site parking! Will definitely stay here again!

Great property! So convenient for walking around Manteo and for driving to other parts of OBX. The kitchen and bath are well equipped and everything is so well kept and clean. Very nicely decorated. This was our second stay and I’m sure we’ll be back. Thanks to the hosts, Laurie & Gary.

This is a lovely all-in-one studio type apartment. Upstairs above several Point shops. It is pleasantly appointed, and arranged. All of my needs were met. And it was extremely convenient as well as clean and well equipped.

Super cute apartment! Very very clean area. Super comfortable bed. Was absolutely perfect for my husband and I for our little vacation. Laurie and Gary are super quick to respond. The town of Manteo is precious. I would 100% stay here again in the future.

A perfect room for a single or couple looking to check out Manteo and Roanoke Island for a few days. Great location right in town, short walk to shops, art galleries and restaurants. Nice kitchen, washer and dryer, and a comfortable bed. We were very pleased.

Our stay could not have been better. Hosts provided beautiful, clean linens, more than ample toiletries, coffee, and even wine/beverages. They were entirely in touch, making sure check-in was smooth and that we were happy with the downtown studio. We will stay there every time it is available and we are in town!

This was a very cute place and we have stayed there twice. It's conveniently located in downtown Manteo with a coffee shop, antique stores and a local pub with live music downstairs. It's only a block from the water and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The place is clean, has a comfortable bed, offered coffee pods, bottled water, and a washing machine. We would definitely recommend this lovely place to our family and friends and we plan on staying here again!

The property was immaculately clean. The location great. We were there for 6 nights and really appreciated the fact that there was plenty of toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, etc. The studio was well stocked which was nice. Bed and pillows were good. We will stay here again!

The pictures don't do justice to how nicely decorated this apartment is! Everything we needed for our stay was provided. There were plenty of nice (new) towels. The kitchen was well equipped....but we got take out or went out to eat every night. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Our Doodle went into a mourning period when we came back home. He had gotten used to being walked over to Festival Park a couple of times a day. We loved the location and would stay there again.

Great Location

This is a great place to stay for a trip to the beach. perfectly located in the Manteo town square making it easy to walk to several places for an evening out. Would highly recommend that you stay here.
