Jimmy Buffet themed home located on the East end of Ocean Isle Beach, with unique decor, open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on one level. Bed sizes range from 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 2 full size, sleeping up to 10 guests! No paper products, or bed/bath/kitchen linens are provided so be sure to bring your favorites from home! However, linens can be provided for an additional cost, please ask about those if interested. Washer/dryer and full shower in basement area. Large furnished deck, redone in 2019, provides the perfect place to hang out and relax, and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets! Private access walkway to beach was redone in 2020. Additional deck space on front of home, as well as space below the oceanfront deck with a fenced in sandy area. Parking for 4-5 depending on size of vehicle. Updates in 2023 include new siding, new windows and doors, and new deck rockers and small tables, also new Heat and AC, and a new refrigerator. The sight and sound of the ocean is mesmerizing, Parrothead Isle is a welcome retreat, be prepared for amazing sunrise and sunset views and complete relaxation!!

This beach cottage is great in many ways but needs some updates. Positives: Great covered deck with rockers Well stocked kitchen with good knives! Very comfy beds Good AC Close to beach so short walk, great views, nice breeze, sound of waves Showers have good water pressure Negatives: Cluttered kitchen Moldy shower curtains Grill is rusted off base and unusable Path to beach is overgrown Poor lighting One shower drains very slowly Living area furnishings are in poor condition Needs new trashcan, potholders, etc.

Location is perfect!!!

This beach house is a one of a kind gem right on the beautiful coast of NC. The Margaritaville themed house was so warm and welcoming. The house was fully stocked with any kitchenware you could possibly need. There were even extra items left by previous renters that helped out if we had a need. The hosts were quick to respond to an issue and very helpful. We spent most of our time on the beach or sitting on the deck looking at the beach. Highly recommend the hosts and the property. Very comfortably slept ten. Great restaurants very close to the house.

From the beautifully cozy space, to the quiet neighbor hood, this home was just perfect for our family of 10! The beach was amazing! The sunrises were breathtaking! It fit us great and we will definitely come back! But…Best of ALL…the host has been nothing short of amazing to work with!! Thanks for letting us stay!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our Family Beach Trip 2023

My wife and I and our adult children try to go on a family vacation each year. We chose to go to the beach this year. We found this house on VERBO and decided to try it out. This was our first time staying on Ocean Isle Beach. The location of this house was just right. The access to the beach was great and it wasn't very crowded. A perfect spot for a family vacation.

Amazing location and upgrades!

We enjoy staying at Parrot head each year! The location is near friends and nothing is better than ocean front! In addition, communication with the owner is awesome and it is obvious they are making improvements to the house each year! 5 stars!

Great house right on the ocean!

Fantastic and comfortable house with oceanfront deck, perfect for morning coffee watching the pelicans fly overhead. We truly enjoyed our stay, easiest check in and check out ever, responsive owner. Will definitely go back!

Great house with amazing views!

Our stay was great! The house was perfect for our family and could not ask for a better location! We particularly enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening where we could relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Communication with the property managers was easy and they were quick to respond to questions while we were there. We will definitely be back!

We Just Keep Coming Back Each Year

We have been coming to this house for the last four years. Can not wait to come back in 2023. Two rooms were upgraded with really nice king size beds. Our week here was wonderful, but it went by so fast. You can not ask for a better host in Kristie to help resolve and questions or concerns you may have.

Summer Vacation

This is a great place for a family stay. Right on the water and a fantastic view. We watched the full moon come up and numerous lightning shows on the ocean from the deck.

Location, location, location

Beach front is the way to go! Gorgeous view, convenient and perfect get away. Fully stocked kitchen, great “basement” space for all the beach stuff and awesome deck. Hope to stay again next year!

The house is adorable, location could not be better! Everything we needed was there! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, furniture, etc. The house was clean, the decks and furniture were perfect. I could stay a month and be just fine, truly it was exactly what I had hoped for at the beach !

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at Kristie´s beach house. Kristie was a great host, very responsive even on Christmas Day, and provided all the information we needed. We very much enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets at the beach. Outstanding location and a great place for our family. Thank you!

Amazing home away from home!!!

We were only there for a short amount of time but the home we stayed at was just right for us! Beachfront view, private beach access, homey feels and everything else! The owners were amazing and notified us with all the information we needed to make sure our stay was at ease! Will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Oceanfront Surealism

The Atlantic is just a 25 foot walk from your back deck. The view from the rear deck is mesmerizing. We were up at 6:30am to greet each new day and watch every Sunrise. Me from the comfort of the deck with coffee in hand. My other half, in the surf, head down sandpipering (looking for shells as she does). A comfortable little place with a Jimmy Buffet theme. Located on the east end of Ocean Isle it’s an easy bike ride or 5 minute drive to the center of town or to cross bridge to the mainland. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Some upgrades needed

Very charming house. Windows and screens could use updating. Margaritaville bathroom electric outlet not working and tub drains slow so added draino. Need a bit more silverware. Great cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Nice deck and chairs. Great location to the beach. Host was very responsive. Very good experience.
