Best place I stayed in so far.

So I'm new to Vacation Rentals this has been the fourth year I've got one staying at Long Beach as they all have been great. This is the best one so far. I've never written a review about anything but I was thoroughly impressed with the thoughtfulness of the amenities. I was there with my adult son for the Long Beach Grand Prix. So we were just basically using it to sleep but if you're looking to go to the beach with your family this is the place you want. There's basically everything you need.

More than i expected

I was in Long Beach to visit my daughter and stayed at this beautiful apartment. My flight came in early and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Very warm and cozy, just like home.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and couldn't be happier with it. We love the location and the comfort and amenities provided are amazing. My family hated to leave and wanted to stay there forever! It is one of our favorite places to stay and can't wait to go back again!

Best VRBO I’ve stayed in!

I have never stayed at a VRBO that was so thoughtfully set up! I felt like I was staying with a best friend who wanted to make me feel the most comfortable possible. The beds were so comfy, the sheets were so soft, and it pretty much had anything you needed from toiletries to towels to bikes!

Everything and more!

I booked this as I loved the way it looks but it is some much better in person. It took my breath away. All the “little” details from the bikes, towels, chips, and bakery cupcakes with a welcome letter…..TOP NOTCH!! You made our vacation enjoyable and we lacked for nothing in our living space. You are amazing!

Long Beach Retreat

This property is clean, charming, tastefully furnished, and offers so many thoughtful extras up and above what is typically expected in a VRBO rental. I can honestly say this our best rental experience by far! Thank you Denver for your hospitality, and the time we were able to spend there!

Amazing VRBO property and host!! The property is gorgeous and exceptionally clean. Denver is the absolute best. Her details are amazing. The cupboards are completely stocked. There are chips, candy, cookies! A huge variety of drinks, eggs, milk, coffee, creamers. The freezer has ice cream, pizzas, breakfast sandwiches and more. See thinks of everything….even quarters for the laundry! We couldn’t get Netflix on and she was there in ten minutes. Also fully ready for the beach, bikes, towels, bags, sunscreen and sand toys! Truly is the best place I have ever stayed and we usually stay at 5 star resorts. I will book with her again when I’m in California!

Perfect property in Long Beach

This was a wonderful, beautiful retro bungalow with all the fun decor. Denver was excellent as a property manager, providing all of the needs that you would have for the very first night and day with snacks and water and everything actually. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings with coffee, having a parking garage so that we didn’t have to fight the parking situation. We loved being able to just walk and feel safe and downtown Long Beach very close to the queen Mary Shoreline Village and the terminal that took us to Catalina for the day we stayed for a week and had the most amazing time and will be back again.

Long Beach House Apartment

Enjoyed our week long stay. It was close to the beach and downtown Long Beach as advertised. It was nice to have a garage to park in as parking spaces can be difficult to find in this area. I would recommend a compact car as the garage is small and located in the alley behind the unit. We were impressed with the food items that were there for us when we arrived. Soda, beer, milk, eggs, and orange juice in the fridge. Soup, cereal, pasta, & pasta sauce in the cupboards. Even a couple bottles of wine and some apples & candy were left in the dining area. It was nice not to have to run to the grocery right away after we arrived! There were also chairs, a wagon, boogie boards, & toys in the closet to use at the beach. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful LBGP Weekend

Had an amazing time at the LBGP and having such a wonderful place to stay just made it all the better. The place was perfect with attention to detail and very clean in a very nice neighborhood. I appreciated all of the nice touches and the pride in the rental. I highly recommend this to anyone planning a stay in the Long Beach area. Perfect!

This place was absolutely perfect! It was VERY close to the beach, walking distant. It’s super close to a ton of fantastic restaurants. It has a garage! The garage was so nice to have because street parking can be difficult. The condo had anything and everything you could need. The host left all kinds of extras-snacks, beverages, toiletries! I would absolutely book this place again and recommend it to couples (or small families). Communication with the host was great too!

Good Vibes

This property is nicely furnished, clean, and WELL STOCKED! We had everything we needed and more. We found the beds to be super cozy. Normally I need a day or two to adjust to a new bed, but I zonked out easy every night here. Denver is a great host and is very responsive to questions. This place is a short walk to downtown Long Beach dining and an even shorter walk to the beach/ocean. The location is superb and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. I will definitely look for this place again if we ever come back to the LBC!

Beautiful Home, Attentive Owner

The place is great. I loved all the charm, the bed was great. I love sinking into a bed. Most places have terribly hard mattresses. It was clean, smelled clean and the furniture was tasteful, comfortable and again clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The garage is tight space. We had an equinox we fit but it was a tight fit, which Denver covered in her description. Be aware of all the people in and out of that back alley. Watch for kids they tend to play back there. The property was really awesome with the trees, climbing flowering vines. Just wonderful!

This property exceeded my expectations. We were thrilled with all the extras included for us from food, wine, shampoo, lotion, sunscreen, beach necessities, bikes and much more. Denver, the host, was so helpful and accommodating. I needed a masher to make my mashed potatoes and she showed up with one right away. One of the bikes had a bad tire and she fixed it immediately. We loved the living and dining space. We were able to accommodate six family members comfortably for Thanksgiving dinner at the table and around the TV. I cannot say enough about the location. We walked to several restaurants, breweries, the movie theater and the beach during our stay. Vons grocery store was a short 8-minute walk! The garage to park our rental car in was a BIG plus. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the manager.

Long Beach or bust!

Stayed at this property for an extra long weekend to visit family - easy access to the marina and downtown, amenities were outstanding and host was incredible! We highly recommend staying at this property and will check availability on our next along Beach visit.

We had an amazing time and couldn’t believe all that was in kitchen and refrigerator. The owner was amazing as well and very attentive to making sure we were well taken care of. The tropical storm came in on our day we were leaving and she accommodated us. Amazing Would highly recommend

Well-Equipted/Stocked

The apartment was super cute and the beds were very comfortable!!! The AC worked great, the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking items. We had everything we could have possibly needed for the week thanks to the host! We were so impressed with how well-stocked it all was! There was a closet full of everything we could have needed for a beach day (wagon, bags, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrellas etc.), food (an unbelievable amount of items that the host stocked), snacks, beverages (kid and adult), as well as numerous other items that were so useful during the week!!!! We were so impressed with this and appreciated this SO MUCH! The parking was a little tricky sometimes. We had to occasionally come back later in the day, so finding a spot was sometimes hard. There was a garage in the alley behind the apartments we could have used anytime, so that was good. However, because it was only my daughter and I we didn't always feel comfortable walking the alley way in the dark. We were there for softball so had some early mornings and late nights and had to walk the alley in the dark several times. The alley way felt safe during the daylight hours, however, and if it wasn't just the two of us we would have felt safer walking the alley in the dark. This host went above and beyond to make her apartment a great stay!
