Kom och njut av sjön genom att dra nytta av våra specialerbjudanden.

Det ligger i norra NC och södra VA med 350 miles kustlinje och den viktigaste sjön är 35 miles lång. Vår underbara, två våningar A-ram är belägen vid vattnet i en stor vik med utsikt över sjön.

På huvudnivån är sovrummet med en king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Två fulla badrum är på huvudnivån ... ett utanför hallen, ett utanför befälhavaren. Det främre rummet som vetter mot sjön har ett stort kök / håla som är husets totala bredd. Detta är ett välfylldt kök med ett stort bord så att du kan njuta av utsikten när du njuter av din måltid.

Källaren är två stora rum. En med två fullstora sängar, en fullstor futon, och en soffa, tv, playstation 2 med 2 kontroller. Det andra rummet har en kung och drottningssäng. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i källaren. Källaren är helt keramisk kakel. (Ange egna handdukar och sängkläder)

Stora fönster är en samlingspunkt för huset och ger fantastisk utsikt över sjön.

Utanför är övre däck utrustat med bord och gott om sittplatser när du grillar ute på gasgrillen medan du tittar på den vidöppna utsikten över sjön. Den utomhus eldstaden är perfekt för familjen marshmallow rostning och berättelse. Bryggan inkluderar ett övre soldäck och ett stort huvuddäck. Det finns anslutningsutrymme för en båt på bryggans sida. Vi har också eluttag på bryggan. En grannlansning ligger cirka 3/4 mil bort. Vattendjupet i slutet av bryggan är cirka 8 fot.

This Place was Amazing!

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. House was well kept and newly updated. House was very clean and linens provided! Everything we needed was supplied inside. (Only wish there was a bathroom for downstairs) View was amazing and enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock!!

Beautiful Lakefront Home

This home was amazing. It was beautiful inside and out. The back deck was our favorite part of the home. The location was perfect. The bedroom situation was perfect for us. House was well stocked with all necessities. Host was quick to respond and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend booking this home!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It was a well kept home. The lake was close to the house so easy to make multiple trips back and forth. Kid friendly with a bonus community pool and fire pit for smores. Would absolutely stay again. Owners very responsive and helpful!

Weekend stay

Beautifully remodeled home 2 bedrooms upstairs and then 2 bedrooms downstairs. Very clean and modern home with a great view of the Lake from the house. The outside deck on the house was perfect place to relax and watch the lake as well as watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The house is only about 20 yards from the waterfront, so the view from the house is just as good as sitting on the dock. My only complaint is I had to leave to go back to work….

Beautiful Lakeside Escape

I booked this home during a quick Spring Break vacation for my family and we loved every second! The large deck allowed for family gatherings with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the lake, and the cleanliness of the home and property let me know the owners took care of the venue. The property manager was easily accessible and communication was easy and prompt. I will definitely book this same listing again in the future and would recommend it to both family and friends.

Just Perfect

This property was perfect for a relaxing getaway! It was clean and very well supplied. The kitchen is best I have experienced as they provided all the basic necessities (soap, paper towels, trash bags etc.) and it was well organized. There were 3 of us and we all loved the home, the view and the availability of comfortable outside seating on the porch. We were here in nightime freezing temps (below 30), the downstairs heater provided plenty of warmth, though it was a challenge at times to regulate the temp of the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back with warmer weather to enjoy all the water activities along with relaxing on their 2 story boathouse/dock. Also with comfortable furniture! Diane (the owner) was responsive, helpful and checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay and didn't need anything. It was "Just Perfect."

Just what we wanted

Our family went here for a Thanksgiving getaway and it was exactly what we needed! The house is beautiful and the lake view is amazing! Kitchen is fully stocked which was a bonus too! Fantastic long weekend - hope to do it again.

Awesome Lake House!

We have stayed at many houses on Lake Gaston over the years and this one is our favorite so far. Nice view all the way out to the main lake. Everything we needed for an end to the summer getaway. Nice big double decker dock to fish, swim, boat and just relax on. The house has been renovated with all new furnishings, so it felt very comfortable and clean! We would definitely stay again and hoping we can!

Great Vacation

The house was great! Looks like they just remodeled and everything was brand new. Layout of the house allows for amble room for all. HUGE back porch overlooking the water, porch is covered, which kept it nice and cool even during the heat of the day. Nice big dock that had room for multiple people to fish and hang out, even with my boat tied up. The house is located just across the cove from the clubhouse and pool. It was quicker to boat over vs driving. The owner was great, she checked in via email after we arrived to make sure everything was good. we plan on renting this house again.

Magical Mornings!

We loved the early mornings. The lake offered Dense fog that slowly burned -off revealing a beautiful vista. It was quiet and just right for us to enjoy our time together.

Great Location - Awesome Dock & Cove

This place is great, especially if you love water. The cove is very quiet and virtually no waves at all. The dock is great with plenty of seating for hanging out under cover as well as a top deck for some sun. The house is nice with great views. Bedrooms are plenty big and there are 2 bathrooms. The place is clean and well kept. It is pretty bare so you'll want to bring everything with you (soap, bottled water, coffee, etc.). The place is a little hard to find in the dark but not bad at all. If backing in a trailer I highly recommend just pulling straight in and backing out later - the culdesac just isn't big enough to get backed in properly without several adjustments. The boat ramp is close and nice but if you have a larger truck (4 doors) it is a bit of a wiggle act to get it launched. However, it is possible. We launched a 22' boat with a crew cab truck, just takes a little patience. We have kids but didn't bring them on this trip. Absolutely would do so though. We'll likely stay here again, very cool location. If you're looking for something fun - check out AF Wake for wakeboard and wakesurfing trips and training. Adam and his staff are awesome and we will be back!

Fall get away

Enjoyed long fall weekend. Was nicely supplied for kitchen. Lots of outdoor lounging space overlooking the lake. A few cons: We needed to supply our own linens and towels. Added to extra packing for a short weekend. Also need to dispose of your own garbage and recycling. Didn’t open until 11am, which is check out time but owner was very accommodating. Also there was no hair dryer and only one heater for the 2 lower rooms. Obviously not a summer issue. Nice rustic feel but could use a deep cleaning of floors , ceiling fans and windows.

Great location/Great dock

The location and dock are the best things about this house. The community boat ramp around the corner was also very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms were small, but functional. Having another living space in the lower level was a definite plus for our grown boys. By far, the outdoor space is the biggest draw. The two level dock is awesome - we only wished we knew the boat slip was not available for renters to use. As a result, we had to put the cover on our boat every day to keep the afternoon rains out. Would have been better to be able to pull our boat into the slip under the dock. There is a small covered porch accessible from the kitchen which was very quaint and comfortable for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The other "wish" is for sheets and towels to be provided - not sure if it wasn't provided because of our partial week (5 days) rental. Other confusing part was conflicting messages from homeaway and the owner regarding deposit. The owners, however, were very responsive by email and text. The electronic lock worked great and we didn't have to bother with physical keys whenever we left the house. The Food Lion is up the road, very convenient. Watersview Restaurant was also excellent and reasonably priced. The lake is beautiful and the location was perfect. Overall a very good experience.

We purchased our property in July of 2003. When my husband walked around the deck and saw the view, he said, 'Where do we sign'? We live in Chesterfield Va and can get to the lake in less than 1 1/2 hours. We love coming to the lake and making memories.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been going to Lake Gaston since the 1980s. My parents had a camper at The Club and then River Ridge. We have always enjoyed boating and water sports. Purchasing a vacation home at Lake Gaston was a no-brainer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The view from the deck is second-to-none. We have a beautiful main lake view but are located right inside the cove, so it does not get rough. The dock is huge and great. We love going to the lake in the summer, fall, winter, and spring! Nothing like spending a fall or winter weekend with a pot of soup on the stove.
