GRB vacation

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. The weather was more cloudy than not...but the beach was still lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Goose Rocks beach. The views from the house were most beautiful, and we enjoyed eating dinner outside on the deck.

The main issue we had with the home was that the lower level had a musty smell and there was a wet (condensation) spot on the tile floor next to/behind the dresser in the downstairs bedroom (not the bunk room). The dehumidifier is clearly not working effectively. The cleaning crew was great but they worked in 80 degree heat indoors because they were “not allowed” to open the windows until the renter arrived. When it is hot outside I would modify that process. Other than that, we had a fantastic week in a beautiful home on our favorite part of GRB!

Perfect

Julie’s property was perfect on all aspects: the interior layout and decoration is superb, the property is located in a nice and quiet area of GRB, the house is well furnished and the communication with Julie is easy and cordial. We would return next year without a doubt.

Just perfect

What a lovely and comfortable house in an unbeatable location! We just finished up our stay and were so sad to leave. The house is fantastic—so architecturally interesting, bright and airy and clean, with fun nooks and crannies and hideaways for kids. There’s a view of the ocean from the back deck, and a nice private pathway to Goose Rocks Beach (my favorite beach of all time). Plenty of beach chairs and beach supplies, the kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful stay—we can’t wait to return!

Perfect GRB location!

Beautiful home perfectly located on a secluded stretch of GRB, with excellent direct beach access. Home is well outfitted for a family beach getaway/vacation.
