Very nice room. Large with everything you need and more. Regarding parking. 2 hour parking in front of the house and unrestricted parking 2 blocks away which required we move the car Thursday morning before 8am as that was trash pickup day. Since we are early risers it was not a problem for us. Also note the paid parking garage was closed at night.

This VRBO is spacious, clean, and stays cool even when it is not cool outside. It is within walking distance of most major attractions in midtown and a very comfortable location. I would love to come back as soon as I am able.

The apartment was great - outfitted to be very comfortable with lots of little enhancements to support guests - but the bed was the best ever! So soft and delightful at the end of long, hectic days! Beat sleep ever away from home!

This lovely property was more spacious than anticipated and included lots of thoughtful little touches like extra toothbrushes, razors, etc. So convenient. The bed is comfyyy - like a cloud. Location is awesome in a cute, safe, and walkable neighborhood. Oksana is also incredibly welcoming and friendly with prompt & efficient communication. Definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was clean, neat and comfortable. Oksana was kind, responsive and accomodating. I highly recommend her and her facility to those desiring to visit midtown Sac.

Best sleep ever

The place is beautiful and cozy. The bed was so comfortable and the amount of pillows is the best. I am a pillow girl and they are better than my the ones in my home. Nice kithen if you want to cook or make some snacka. The couch is comfy and perfect for a couple to stay in this space. Getting in and out is easy. Just be midful of parking .

Sweet Stay In Sacramento

The place was in a really cool neighborhood. The vibe was great, the space was nice and relaxing. The communication with the host was excellent and for my first time in Sacramento I was super impressed. Beautiful park close by and some amazing shops and restaurants. Will be coming back!

Quiet, Comfortable, Cosey

Don't let the proximity to the freeway concern you. The unit is below grade, so it's super quiet. Everything worked well: hot water, water pressure, Wi-Fi, temperature, etc. Parking was at first a concern, but we had no problem (Thus - Sun). The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay there again!

Comfortable and safe

Great comfy space! Felt like I was right at home with a nice kitchen, a comfy couch, and a front gate for extra safety. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful, newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment, which is part of a charming 1911 bungalo located in Midtown, Sacramento. Within 1.5-2 miles to Downtown, Golden 1 Center, Capitol, Old Sacramento, and other attractions.

The apartment is large (924 square feet), located on the lower level (partially basement), with 8-foot ceilings, an upgraded, fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and Duxtop triple stainless steel cookware. Please note that this is an old house and sometimes you can hear people moving upstairs. Best for a couple or family with kids.

200 restaurants within 1 SQ mile!! On Saturday morning, walk to the Farmer's Market to get fruits and veggies for your gourmet dinner. Go out and explore the vibrant nightlife. Harlow's is nearby for a night of great music and memories. Afterwards, rest on the king size bed with memory foam mattress and goose down comforter. A large closet in the bedroom will fit your wardrobe. The apartment has central heating and air, which is controlled by Nest thermostat. Ample street parking with a complimentary parking pass! Our home is secured with a locking gate and passcode access. Easy entry to the apartment with provided codes, so check in is a breeze!
