Nicely renovated, this location cannot be beat. This charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with pool views will steal your heart! Furnished in a modern coastal style with updated finishes that maximize space, this is the perfect in-town getaway literally steps from 5th Ave S and all that it has to offer, including world-class restaurants and shopping, and also an easy 4 block walk to the beautiful beaches of Naples, Travel+Leisure magazine’s #1-rated beach town! Take a stroll to the historic 3rd St S shops and restaurants, or spend time on the charming Naples Pier (after all, the fishing is free!) Spend an afternoon exploring the fun shops at Tin City, and while you are there enjoy lunch on the marina watching the beautiful boats. There is so much that you can walk to - tennis, art galleries, park, fishing, concerts, library, shops, restaurants, and many community-sponsored activities right from your doorstep. Complete your day by enjoying a legendary Naples sunset on the beach!

The bedroom is inviting, the closet offers ample hanging and shelf storage for clothes, and there is a desk should you want to use this as your work home-away-from-home! The living area offers a large sectional sofa and wall-mounted television. Cable and internet provided. The light and airy kitchen is well-equipped for everything you need to enjoy a dinner in, with a cozy table that seats 4, or enjoy the outdoor community grill. Updated bathroom with walk-in shower.

Guests have access to the community pool and coin-operated laundry. One designated parking space. Non-smoker unit, no pets permitted. 30 day minimum rental, subject to association approval.

Owners are excellent to work with!

This was our second stay at this condo under the current owners and they are outstanding! The unit, as always, was clean and well-stocked when we arrived. It's location simply cannot be beat - a block from all the shops and restaurants on 5th Ave. and six blocks from the beach. You really cannot go wrong with this property!

Awesome stay!

Great location and well appointed! The unit is clean and comfortable and the short stroll to 5th Ave is wonderful. Close to CVS and the market as well. Owners are awesome to work with.

Location, location, location!

There aren’t too many places in Naples, FL, with a better location than this property. You’re a half-block walk to Fifth Ave. dining and shopping; a five block walk to the beach (avoiding the beach parking issues), and a 20 minute walk from Third Street South and its dining and shopping options. The unit itself is a gem! Clean, convenient, nice decorative touches and amenities - its perfect for two people, with an air mattress available for guests. We’ve rented this property from both the previous owners and the current ones. The current owners have made some nice upgrades and tweaks - there are plenty of USB ports for phones and accessories and a nice computer desk for those who may needs to do a little work from away. The kitchen is stocked with just what’s needed for cooking if you need a night in from the local night life. The owners are responsive to questions and concerns. We had a minor issue that they took care of quickly and with kindness. We will definitely rent this unit again!
