This cute cottage is our happy place that we brought on our 20th wedding anniversary. We would love to share it with others, and give everyone the opportunity to feel the love, peace and joy!

The quiet cottage gives immense peace, happiness, calm and rejuvenates you! It is our happy place and hope it becomes your happy place too!

Unique waterfront / beach front property, just 2.5 hours drive from DC. You feel relaxed just driving to this place. It offers free swimming, canoeing, standup paddle boarding, fishing, biking and waterfront lounging right on site. Since it is flowing water, there is no green algae. Both sunrise and sunset views offer a unique photographic opportunity! It is almost like a "mini resort" offering million dollar views and memories!
