Great Lake Front Property

Lake Almanor is one of the best lakes in California. This home is situated in a great location on the lake. Design of home inside and out allows for spaces for everyone with a great layout for entertaining family and friends. Water is clean and great to float, kayak, fish, ski, jet ski and more.

Amazing House

Best house we ever stayed in! Wonderful open floorplan. Top of the line kitchen appliances! Well stocked kitchen and house. We lacked nothing!!! Kevin was wonderful - answering every question we had. Our 6 grandchildren had a blast with the canoe, standup paddleboard, and jumping off the dock and swimming! The grass in the backyard allowed plenty of room for family tournaments of our Corn Hole game and volleyball games. We watched the Olympics on TV and finished numerous puzzles! Grandpa was happy to be able to use the dock and dock whips for his bass boat. He fished every day! In spite of the smoke from the Park Fire, we had a marvelous time! We all hope to return again!

Beautiful home in Lake Almanor peninsula

This is truly a beautiful, sparkling, clean home with a comfortable place for everyone. The bedrooms and linens were very pretty with comfy beds ~ perfect for our large family of 12. The kitchen was absolutely amazing ~ the Viking stove and ovens were a dream come true for the chefs in our group. We appreciated the fully stocked cabinets with spices/herbs, cookware, along with the two full-size refrigerators and wine fridges. The Blackstone Grill was so handy for cooking breakfast outside in conjunction with the grill for our dinners. Our favorite part of the property was the awesome three level deck, yard and private dock. Proximity to the lake was perfect for our family who enjoy visiting together, playing games and hanging out in the water together. Also a big bonus was the air conditioning during the heat wave that occurred in the area while we were there! Overall, I can promise that you won’t find a nicer place to vacation on the shore of Lake Almanor.

LACC Property

This property is located at a wonderful spot on the Lake; great for lounging on the private dock or floating on a water toy! It's close proximity to Knotty Pine Marina and Peninsula Market is also a definite plus!
