Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. We always appreciate hearing from our guests, as it helps us identify opportunities to improve. We stock bath towels based on the home's maximum occupancy, and the property is equipped with a washer and dryer so guests can easily refresh towels throughout their stay. We also provide a starter supply of essentials, including dishwasher detergent to get you by until you have the opportunity to shop. We're sorry to hear the kitchen didn't meet your needs and that the patio furniture wasn't up to our standards. We'll share those comments with our team for review. The pool, hot tub, and surrounding common areas are maintained by the HOA, but we will also pass your feedback along to them. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thanks so much for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the close beach access and that our team was quick to help with any questions. We appreciate your notes about the street — it’s all part of the lively beach vibe! We’d love to welcome you back for another fun getaway soon!

We’re sorry to hear the cleanliness didn’t meet your expectations and that our response was slower than it should’ve been. Your feedback is important, and we’ll address these issues with our team to improve. Thank you for letting us know.

Thank you for your feedback, Steve. We will look into the microwave mentioned and see if it needs replacement. Thank you and we hope to host you again!

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay and you had some maintenance issues. I do not see that you reached out to us about them and would have gladly addressed them for you. We have an on-site maintenance team ready to address anything thrown their way, please do not hesitate to ever let us know of any issues or concerns you may have during your stay. As an update we have since replaced the couple of cracked tiles within the unit, our maintenance was unable to find any issues with any of the toilets, and they were able to retreat the space for preventative pest control! We hope you choose to stay with us again so we can make your next stay 100% right. - Thank you, Padre Escapes

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry your stay didn't go as either of us hoped. Unfortunately, the refrigerator experienced an unexpected mechanical failure during your stay when the evaporator fan went out. Prior to your arrival, the refrigerator was operating properly. As soon as the issue was identified, we ordered the replacement part, provided a mini refrigerator so you could keep essentials cold while we waited for the part to arrive, and issued compensation for the inconvenience. We understand that a mini fridge is not the same as having a full-size refrigerator, and we're sorry for the disruption this caused to your vacation. The pool and surrounding common areas are maintained by the HOA, but we will be sure to share your feedback regarding the pool's cleanliness. We also appreciate you letting us know about the roaches, as that's something we take seriously. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you the very best in your future travels.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay didn't meet expectations. Since your visit, we've had an electrician replace two breakers at the property to address the electrical issue, and we're happy to report that no further electrical concerns have been reported. We also did not receive any reports during your stay regarding the water pressure in the primary shower or the shower sprayer, so we appreciate you bringing those items to our attention. Regarding the soffit, we reported the issue to the HOA on two separate occasions, and they've advised that repairs are being scheduled. We understand how disappointing it was not being able to fully enjoy the patio, and we apologize for that inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback. It helps us continue improving, and we appreciate you giving Padre Escapes the opportunity to host your stay.

David, we love that you enjoyed the location and layout! The view from this unit is a tough one to beat! I hope you get to visit again and the weather cooperates! Thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you soon.

Thank you for your feedback! We take great pride in communicating with our guest so I do apologize if our responsiveness was not fast enough. I tried looking up text or emails from you but had trouble locating any correspondence after the booking was made. The issues mentioned where not brought to our attention during your stay, please do make us aware so we can make every effort possible to make it right. Thank you and we hope to host you again!

Thank you! Glad you had a great time and enjoyed the unit! We hope to see you soon!

Russ, that is great to hear! Glad that you enjoyed the pool and hot tub and plan to visit us again in the future! Thank you, Padre Escapes.
