Känn dig som hemma på vår vackert utrustade hem omgiven av bevarande skogsmark, där du kommer att vilja sparka tillbaka och koppla av efter en dag av aktiviteter. Vårt hem har ett söderläge skärmad uppvärmd pool, med barnsäkerhet staket. En täckt Lanai med takfläkt utsikt över poolen och däck område. Behöver en paus från poolen, chef över till våra spelrum med en air hockey, fotboll tabellen, och elektronisk darttavla. Inuti är vårt hus professionellt inredda och har central luftkonditionering. En hög stol och spela penna se huset är säker och barnvänlig.

Av de 4 sovrum, 2 är master sviter med privat bad. Svit 1 har en klädkammare. Det finns ett mycket välutrustat kök och tvättstuga med en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Matsalen och det stora rummet har välvt tak som ger vårt hem en ljus och luftig känsla. Den stora rum är utrustat med en 42 tums LCD-TV, stereo, DVD, spelkonsol och mer ...

Matsalen och den stora stora rummet har välvt tak som ger vårt hem en ljus och luftig känsla. Den stora rum är utrustat med en 42 tums LCD-TV, stereo, DVD, spelkonsol och trådlöst internet. Var och en av de fyra sovrummen har kabel-TV och DVD-spelare. Det finns också en golvmonterad säkert stort nog för en bärbar dator.

Vårt hem är 3 minuter från Junction 28 i I4 på Champions gate exit. De närmaste butikerna inkluderar en stormarknad, apotek, kafé, snabbmat och bensinstation. Champions Gate Golf Club är bara några minuter skryter tre mästerskapsbanor. Bara några minuter längre, har du många affärer och restauranger på 192 motorvägen.

Great place! Plenty of space!

Very clean home in quiet location-short walk to see the little neighborhood gator in the pond (my kids loved this). Good kitchen supplies (but you'll need your own salt&pepper/spices). Pool towels provided-bring your own float toys and specify the date you want pool heat (cold pool when we checked in, but warmed up the next day).

Perfect Stay

Our 5 day mini vacation was perfect! My family and enjoyed our stay. House was clean and the location was so pretty. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to Disney and other attractions. Owner and management were very attentive and professional. We will definitely like to come back!

We had a great time at this home. We definitely recommend staying here. Owners are very nice and the home is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. The heated pool was great and soothing. Definitely a five star experience.

Relaxing place to stay

Loved this house. Great floor plan that provided a lot of space. Beautifully decorated. Close enough to Disney but far enough away to not be in the crazy of it. Homeowner was very helpful. Thanks for a nice vacay.

Great location, comfortable home

Great house, lots of space available for a family/extended family. House was clean, very spacious and a pretty central location. Close to shopping, about 15mins from Disney, nice quiet neighborhood. Heated pool is an added plus. Quick responses from the owner whenever we contacted him. Enjoyed our time here!

Cute house

Overall it was great, spacious for what we needed and close to our family we were visiting. The only complaint I have was no soap anywhere in the house. But other than that it was nice and peaceful. Will stay again

Perfect Little Getaway

Omg what an amazing piece of property. Perfect size for a decent size family. The house was very clean and my favorite no bugs anywhere. The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood is very chill, and the pool was clean and amazing. Dave was great a Host and quick to respond. Thank you Dave.

Visiting Family

I went down to Florida with my husband, sister, and her grandson to visit my daughter, my grandchildren, and my other sister. The house is a beautiful well put together property. It was clean and functional. Dave is an awesome host, he responded to my questions almost immediately. I would definitely stay again.

Davenport Rules

Had a great time at Dave’s home! Weather was great and we got to use the pool quite often. The TV went out and Dave had the management company get a new and much larger one, a very nice one. Anything we needed Dave took care of.

Great house

We stayed at this property and it's a very nice house but the only complaint is with the towels. We felt that there were not enough bath towels and the quality of the towels was not good (very thin towels). Other than that, we had a great time and happy to have stayed there.

Perfect Family Vacation

I stayed in this beautiful vacation home with my family and my sister's family for our Disney vacation. The house was perfect for our needs......all 10 of us! There was plenty of room for the children who ranged in age from 4 to 11. The proximity to the Disney attractions and ease in finding them was excellent - it took us less than 15 minutes to get to any of the attractions! The house was clean, well priced and had absolutely everything we needed! Making the reservation, taking care of payment, obtaining directions and communicating with the owner could not have been easier. I recommend this home to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

Clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay! The house was easy to locate, clean and had comfy beds! Our daughter loved the game room and options of rooms to pick from :). We weren't at the house all that much during our stay, but the time we were was perfect. I'd recommend bringing your own dish washing supplies as well as laundry detergent if you plan on using it, as that is not supplied. We didn't have a use for it, so it was not a problem for us. Thanks again for the great, quick communication and great last minute place to stay!

Great value. Perfect location

We arrived to a spotless home. Great layout! Comfy beds. All the amenities (groceries, restaurants,etc) were within 2 miles. Great golfing at Providence only 3 miles away. 15 minute drive to the Disney parks and outlet mall. Super quiet neighborhood. When we first arrived, the refrigerator was not working and the owner was extremely diligent and "on hands" to make sure the situation was rectified as fast as humanly possible. All in all a great experience. I recommend it strongly.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. There were 8 of us that stayed (4 adults and 4 children) for 2 weeks in May - it felt like our home away from home. It had all of the amenities that we needed and was wheelchair accessible. The kids loved spending time in the pool and playing in the games room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. We were only 20-30 minutes away from all that Orlando has to offer. The description and photos accurately describe the home. The property was clean and well-maintained and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. I have already recommened this home to friends and will definitely stay again when we return to Orlando.

A hidden gem

We stayed in Jan and the house was perfect. Communication from owner was wonderful. The house was ready for us and everything in the house worked!!. The bedrooms were spacious for 2 families. The layout was great for adults and children. We had all the amenities of home. The house has been well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the baths large enough for 2 people too use at the same time. I liked the idea of key-less entry. The location is nice as it's near shopping, groceries but away from all the hubbub of the theme park hotels. There are few restaurants at this highway exit. But Exit 62 (the next exit out) has plenty. I would recommend Manny's Chop House. Waits there can be 2 hours so call ahead. Weather was great for Jan. but still too cool to use the pool. This house is a hidden gem in the back of this subdivision. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I can recommend all the theme parks, Gatorland, the Pirates Dinner show, and if you like Broadway shows try the Forbidden Broadway show which pokes fun at the real shows. And 2 quiet little things for the evening at the Polynesian are the "Welcome to the Night" ceremony and the Electric Boat Parade. Both last about 10 minutes. Check the times at the desk. The Dole Whip in the cafe makes a nice treat while watching the parade.

My family and I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We have always loved to travel, especially to the warmer climates. Over the last several years, we have taken our vacations to Florida. We decided to buy a house in Florida 'Our little paradise' and share it with other people that love to travel to the sun and excitement of Orlando, Florida.

Sandy Ridge is a newly built community that is 15 minutes from the major attractions. Sandy Ridge is a quiet, safe neighborhood, surrounded by conservation woodland, where you will enjoy spending time with friends and family. It feels like a country retreat because of the undeveloped area. There is a farmer’s field, fenced of course, where horses will wander around and peak over the fence to see what you are up to. It is just far enough away to get away from the excitement, after a busy day. There is also a children’s jungle gym within walking distance.
