The Copper Creek Retreat is calling your name! A brand new custom-built home conveniently located around Lake Fayetteville Trails, The Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks, & Sassafras Springs Vineyard + Winery. Our home can host up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms + 1 extra sleeping space, a huge kitchen, and an office area. Our fully fenced backyard features a manicured yard, fire pit with seating, BBQ grill, outdoor dining space, and a hot tub.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted by chic, farmhouse decor that brings the space to life. Kick back and relax in our spacious living room, complete with plush sofas, a gas-powered fireplace, board games, and a 65" Smart TV with streaming capabilities. When mealtime comes around, prep your favorite dishes in our fully-stocked kitchen and gather around either the bar area OR our formal dining table for a family-style meal. Spend quality time with your crew in our fenced-in backyard, complete with a fire pit, outdoor dining table, and a gas-powered BBQ grill. Perfect for your furry friends!!

Choose from one of our 4 bedrooms, all complete with luxury linens and bedding, and 55" Smart TVs with  streaming capabilities. Our master bedroom features a plush, King-size bed, stunning vaulted ceilings, and large windows. The master bedroom also features an en suite bath with a large soaking tub (perfect for unwinding after a long day) and a spacious walk-in shower. Our second bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed. The third private bedroom is Razorback-themed and features a full-size bed.  The fourth bedroom features a plush day bed with a trundle, desk space, and an "Air Printer" for guest use. We have 1 additional sleeping space available for 1 more guest - a twin rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet.

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
