Havet på Sand - Alla nya 4 sovrum!

Vår 1750 kvm ft strandhus som var helt ombyggd 2007 ligger strax söder om Aptos Seascape Resort, cirka 12 miles söder om Santa Cruz. Det erbjuder en panoramaOceanView med 15 miles av sandstrand. Du kan njuta av ditt kaffe titta på delfiner och surfare och sedan titta på solnedgången från däck. Du har direkt tillgång till stranden och lägereldar är tillåtna fram till 10:00.

Det gourmetkök av granit och rostfritt, är välfyllda med köksredskap och klammer (kryddor, oljor, etc) allt du kanske har glömt.
Gott pappersprodukter (pappershanddukar, toalettpapper) medföljer också. Hårtorkar i 2 badrum.

Sängarna är redan smink och väntar. Detta är vår home away from home som vi inbjuder dig att dela och vi tar stor omsorg att behålla det och tror att du kommer att ha allt du behöver för en perfekt vistelse.

Check in was simple, great kitchen, living space is spacious, comfortable and gives you direct access to the balcony and amazing beach, ocean and sky views. This is our 5th year and we’re planning on going back again next year. We love this home and location!

Location, location, location!

This ocean front property is a dream. I nearly cried when I walked inside because the view was beyond words. It was super convenient for my kids& I having the beach so close. My son has sensory issues and sometimes we need to leave places if he gets overstimulated. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else after staying in this little piece of paradise!

Beautiful beachfront getaway

Amazing location with a beautiful view! Furniture was comfortable and home was well stocked with most of the daily necessities. Just make sure you bring your own bath and beach towels and wash cloths as they are not provided. Communication with the owner was great! She responded to any of my questions rapidly. We absolutely loved staying here!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing experience and we were able to spend quality time with the family in this beautiful house. The view is absolutely stunning and we also saw dolphins from the deck which was also a big plus.

Our Happy Place

This is the sixth time our group of friends have come here to enjoy time together in this beautiful spot right on the beach. Host has been awesome each time with great communication and accommodation. Very comfortable, very welcoming condo.

Another great stay!

This is our second stay at Beth Ann's place. As always, it's clean and well stocked. The location cannot be beat - even with a rainy weekend it cleared up enough for us to sit on the deck, soak in the sun and enjoy the view. We all love it, love that it can easily accommodate 5 women, love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. We'll be back!

Lovely home with gorgeous view

Quick get away to celebrate my brothers birthday with family and friends and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect house and location. Spent the evenings enjoying the common areas playing games. Everyone had their own area, definitely plenty of space for 8 people. Beth was so quick with responding to any questions and information was provided throughout the home. We absolutely loved our time here and would 100% book again. Thank you Beth for sharing your beautiful home.

Wonderful rainy weekend

This beautiful house allowed us to come together in a large, lovely great room for meals and relaxation, and retreat into separate levels for sleep. The beach right out back was gorgeous - we watched surfers and surf fishers, played in the water, and sheltered on the deck in the rain. A very welcoming home!

Absolutely Gorgeous

Amazing getaway! Such a great property! The long walks on the beach, watching the waves from our deck. Having Aptos and Capitola so close was an added plus. We will definitely ask the owners for a return visit.

Winter Beach Getaway

This unit is right next to the beach, with the sound of crashing wave to send you to sleep every night. There are tons of rooms for an extended family beach vacation. We had a great time here.

Fantastic Stay
