Sandbridge Stay
Overall, the stay was great. We had others on site so we basically just slept there. The picture of the listing is not current - there was no deck, but there was a concrete patio. The door and awning were damaged. We were afraid to extend the awning due to this and the door was hard to open/close. I asked about linens, but never received a response, but they were there. One roll of toilet paper. He was responsive at first with how to get the key and wifi info and answered when we got there to open the gate. It was dark and hard to locate the property. Directions were not very clear. No map of the complex - again we had family who own lots that helped us. If it weren't for them to help, we wouldn't have located the camper very easily. There was no other information provided - no rules (which we found out there was a quiet time later), no tv instructions (or where the remotes were or what remote to use, etc.) No light panel instructions - being a formal 5th wheel owner, I knew where/how to turn on lights as well as other "camper" things. However, the AC was on and the camper was cool upon arrival. Again, it was a really nice camper (outside of the things mentioned) and the property was really nice being waterfront. The complex was great - atmosphere and generally kind people. We just didn't get what was expected from the pictures in the listing and felt "left to our own devices" once we arrived.
