Saturday-to-Saturday rentals only (unless otherwise arranged)

No extra guests allowed beyond reservation

No parties or events

No smoking inside or anywhere on Pointe Santo property

No pets (Pointe Santo is a pet-free community, and we maintain a pet-free condo to accommodate guests with allergies)

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

Please rinse off sand before bringing beach gear back inside the lanai

Communication is key — if anything comes up during your stay, reach out right away!
