This property was great. Exactly as described and the hosts were fast with all communication and answered all questions. I would come back in a second.

I had never been to the area before and it's so hard to figure out where to stay! This condo is in a perfect spot!!! You can rent bikes right out front, ride to Alys Beach. You can walk to a private beach access that is about 5 mins away. You can walk to Rosemary Beach cute shops and restaurants. It was super convenient. Our kids loved the pool area to play and hang out. The place itself was great - clean and had everything you need. Washer/dryer, little deck to watch the world go by in the little Village hangout area, luggage racks to load/unload, good kitchen supplies. We had the best time - highly recommend this condo!

We loved our stay. The location was great. We loved the music, shopping, beverages, and food in the courtyard. The communication was wonderful, and the condo was very clean. The only complaint we had was that the dryer did not work.

Location is perfect!

This location is within walking distance to Rosemary and Alys. Super convenient! Unit was clean & had all we needed. Can get noisy with live music on the green outside and lots of people around, but it’s a trade off for such a good location! Balcony was nice to look out over green and eat outside!

Fall Break so lots of teens riding bikes and hanging out. So yes our teens had a great time and so did we. Music was every night so you’ll hear it- stops at 8pm or so. Awesome restaurant just downstairs and Wood Fired Pizza on location was a hit as well. We used the BBQ grill at the pool area to grill the Fresh Shrimp from the Farmers Market. Many memories made from here. Lost star because the clothes Dryer did not dry and balcony doors from all rentals are noisy upon opening and closing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Having the shops/restaurants, pools and beach all within walking distance was a very nice plus. Great communication from the host and the property was in great shape. Definitely recommend this one!

The location was ideal. The unit was pretty and the balcony was great- but it was not clean. We were there for a week, and were alotted two rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels, 2 cleaning packs for the dishwasher, etc. So we needed to purchase more to get us by. Not a huge deal- just worth mentioning. The community itself was great for families and felt very safe.
