Love this property! This is our 2nd stay and we will be back. The fully stocked kitchen with the bikes and storage closet is so perfect! We love it here.

The condo was perfect ! It was clean upon arrival and was just a short walk to the beach. Communication with the hosts was great! Would highly recommend this place and the hosts !

The codo is newly renovated and very clean. The pool was new and very clean. It is a great location for our first time on Sanibel Island.

Condo was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. There’s still construction in the complex but it did not bother us. It was great to be back on Sanibel again!

The condo was described very accurately. It said it was the first unit by the elevator and that was a little concerning to me but once we got there we realized it was not right next to the unit. You never heard any noise from it. My Mother's condo is next to the elevator and you hear it going up and down all day. There was never a time that we could not get chairs by the pool, water was perfect, not too hot or too cold. Beach was very close by and not crowded at all. Bikes were great, took them out a few times. Hosts were great, answered any questions within minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, very spacious and exceptionally clean! The grounds were being put back together after the hurricane and we were amazed at all the work that has been completed. It was a bit of a bummer that the pool wasn’t open, probably next week. The beach was right behind the complex and it was gorgeous! The neighbors were very nice to talk to and the shells were abundant! The owners reached out and left their cellphone number for us to contact them for any reason. We had a great time and enjoyed Sanibel for all it is, beautiful we will be back…. The Laurenza’s

What a great week!

Awesome location, clean and beautiful. Comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen❤️ Easy walk right to the beach with all the things provided. My only complaint, (if you want to call it that) the beach umbrella may not last much longer. It worked for us and we were grateful to have it, but it’s seen better days. The bikes were great for an easy ride on the trails! Had the best family week, even met some other wonderful families in the same complex. We will definitely be back!

My best friend of 30 years and I celebrated our recent retirement at this unit and had the time of our lives. We loved it! The owners have truly gone out of their way to make sure your vacation experience is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The unit was clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, and the bedding and furniture were very comfortable.If you're flying in, don't worry about having to pack all your beach supplies. The storage unit in the parking area is stocked with everything you could need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, kneeboards, and a beach wagon. The wagon was also convenient for bringing groceries from the car up to the unit.We loved relaxing on the screened-in lanai overlooking the beautiful courtyard and pool area. We explored all over Sanibel and Captiva, but we consistently found ourselves preferring the beach right in front of the condo. The beach had an amazing variety of shells, and honestly, the biggest problem was deciding which ones to keep so we didn't go over the airline's weight limit!We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped condo in a great location.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary on Sanibel Island and had a wonderful time. It was our first trip away from our children, making it extra special. The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear that made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved hunting for seashells, relaxing on the beach, and spending uninterrupted time together. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect anniversary getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Sanibel Paradise

It was our first time to Sanibel and after narrowing down a lot of condos, we went with Island Beach Club. It did not disappoint! The condo was so bright and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and had their own bathroom. I liked the extra sink area in the bathroom with the makeup mirror. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels, beach gear, and even bikes! The walk to the beach was 3 min and 1 min to the pool! Awesome condo!

Amazing vacation home

Our stay at wind and tide was amazing. When you walk in the floor to ceiling windows are breathtaking. The pictures don’t do it justice. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. The storage closet with chairs, umbrellas and bikes really set this condo apart from others we have stayed at. Most don’t share that with renters but it made the trip so much better. We weren’t hauling sandy stuff up to the condo, storing on the balcony, or in our car! The updates in the condo are really nice and there isn’t anything I would change. Thank you!

New Favorite Place in Florida

I hadn't been to Sanibel in many years, and my wife has never been. It's our new favorite place in Florida, and the condo at Island Beach Club was very nice. We're coming back for sure.
