Wind + Tide 70" TV, Two King Suites, Beachfront Complex!
We are excited to start welcoming guests back to the island!
**Please note that some areas of the complex may still be rebuilding from the hurricane, so you might experience some level of noise during your stay depending on your dates.**
Our pool is brand new and opened recently! If you have any questions or concerns, please ask. Thanks for being part of our healing process and supporting the island!
Our sun-filled condo at Island Beach Club has two king suites. The sparkling heated saltwater pool and steps to the beach make this a true island experience! Our standard check in/out day is Friday. Please inquire if you need a different day :)
At Island Beach Club 330A you will find a large, well-equipped kitchen including a blender, Keurig, and coffee grinder! For those who want to keep up with their favorite shows, the living room has a 70" Smart TV with cable and amazing floor to ceiling windows to let in the beautiful Florida sunshine.
After a long day in the sun, wind down in your own king suite. Spacious bedroom #1 has a king bed, light and bright beach decor, en-suite bathroom, and a 50" Smart TV with cable. Bedroom #2 also has a plush king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a 43" Smart TV with cable. **We do have a 4-person maximum but can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
There's plenty of space to spread out in this light filled condo that's perfectly set up for privacy. A hallway separates the two king bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), and Island Beach Club boasts some of the larger 2-bedroom condos on the island. The screened lanai has views of the beautiful pool!
The kitchen is fully stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, utensils, plates, toaster, cocktail shaker, crock pot, spices etc. There is a regular drip coffee pot as well as a Keurig machine. Pick your brew! The kitchen is also equipped with a blender if you're in the mood for a smoothie (or a margarita).
Island Beach Club is a mid-sized complex with a heated saltwater pool (available starting January 2026) and easy access to the gulf. With our condo you will have access to the "storage closet of fun" where we keep beach chairs and sand toys to use during your stay.
Last, but not least...you will be digging your toes in the sand in just a few minutes from the front door! We are the first condo from the elevator for quick access to all the fun activities. Walk through the pavered grounds on your short walk to the water!

We love the boutique feel of Island Beach Club. It is not overly crowded, and the people are amazing!

We remodeled this condo to include comforts of home. This isn't just a rental unit for us, it's our second home and we take care of it as such. We cook a lot so a well-stocked kitchen was important to us. We also appreciate up-to-date technology, large TVs, modern decor, and comfortable beds! We hope that our passion for hosting shines through with every detail, and truly makes your stay a unique one!
