Cozy Cottage, Chebeague Island Maine
Experience island living this summer on Chebeague Island, one of Maineâs friendliest islands. Take the CTC ferry from Yarmouth or the Casco Bay Lines from Portland and spend a week hiking, biking, fishing, clamming, beach combing, golfing or (playground) climbing.
Or relax at our fully renovated, 3 bedroom, two bath cottage, with spacious yard where lawn games await.
We especially welcome families with young children, as we are set up for our grandchildrenâs visits (pack n play, toddler cots, books, games, Disney movies as well as child proofing gadgets if needed.
The first floor features an open concept living room, kitchen and dining areas as well as a bedroom and a full bath.
The second floor includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other bedroom has a full bed as well as a futon. The second floor also includes a 3/4 bath and a stacked laundry unit.
Sorry, WiFi is not included, however there are are a few WiFi hot spots on the island, and a tv to iPhone connector for downloaded content.
This property is being offered by the week, with a seven day minimum.

We purchased this 1880 year old island property as a weekend âfixer upperâ project. Seven years later, having replaced virtually every aspect of the interior of the house down to the studs, we are finally finished!
While our children and grandchildren spend a great deal of the summer at the house, we have a few weeks available to rent.
