Calling this place “posh” is a stretch. And while its geographically close to Santana Row, it’s across the highway and along a busy street so it has a very different vibe than Santana Row. I am a city girl, but I did not feel comfortable walking there alone or at night. The owners were super communicative and kind. The bedrooms are on the back side of the unit so they were pretty quiet (although you definitely hear the upstairs neighbors), but there was lots of highway noise in the living room and unfortunately no outdoor space, which is a bummer because the weather is SO beautiful. The laundry required 3 in quarters (the hassle of getting detergent and loose change was barely worth it). Plus side: beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the unit is spacious overall, the A/C units made it comfortable, and there was a desk set up which was great for remote work. All in all, it was a fine place to stay and the owners are super communicative and kind. I did not find these accommodations to be posh, and the neighborhood around is definitely not. If you plan to drive everywhere and just need a place to stay, it’s totally fine.

Luong was such a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area and had many great recommendations for things to do. The property was very easy to locate and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were good sized with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was good sized and the shower pressure was wonderfully strong! We were able to park our car inside the garage, which gave us great peace of mind. We were only there one night, but wished we had time to stay more. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area.

Great little spot near Santana Row

We actually used this space for a film shoot - the price was solid, the location was easy to find and get to, and the detached garage really helped with extra space during production and provided security for our gear overnight.

We visited my son in San Jose. The property was perfect. So much to do and eat within minutes of the property. We also visit San Francisco. Love it

Great trip!

This was the perfect place for myself, my husband + another couple to stay when we were in town for a hockey game. The apartment was actually a little larger than we expected, we had no issues finding the place or getting in, & there were lots of spots nearby to eat, shop, or find entertainment. Our host communicated everything very efficiently & was available to us throughout the trip incase we needed anything else while staying at his property. Overall a great trip, would consider booking again.

Clean & tidy

The property manager was quick with his responses and he even gave me tips and recommendations for the area. But not only that he let me check in a few hours early since we were there for work. The place was clean and tidy with two spacious rooms. Both rooms had nice size queen beds and a big flat screen TV. Would recommendation and will stay here again in the future.

Luong is an exceptional host who was very easy to communicate with. He was available immediately when I had questions. The property is quaint, clean, and perfect for me and my family. 49ers trip/mini trip

Our over all stay was very nice. Cute little place. We just needed somewhere convenient to the stadium, restaurants, and downtown. This was it! It was all within a few miles of each. We Lyft or uber everywhere. Even close to airport about 12 minute ride. We unfortunately had to leave a day early due to our flight being changed but the owner didn’t even asked to refund half the money or anything. He did call but didn’t offer me any money back. I didn’t like that you you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking around all the time. If you’re only staying for 3 nights it’s a great place. 😊

Great property location If you are going to visit Great America, Santana Row or the Winchester Mystery House. Traffic is loud outside but the apartment was very quiet. Perfect space for 4 people. Enjoyed our stay there!!
