Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Portland Stay for College Visits

Great location. Found a nice breakfast place 1 minute walk away. Nice sandwich place 3 minute walk away. Short drive to Whole Foods. It was centrally located for our visits to local universities, and we also went to the Japanese Garden—well worth it. We “discovered “ Hawthorne Street…pretty cool. We went roller skating at local roller rink. Fun, and good pretzels. House was warm and lots of morning sunlight comes through big windows in the morning. Nice sofa in the living room. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is good. We ate in one night for a nice change of pace. Would stay again. We like Portland and this house is a great place to stay. The staff is most responsive for any questions.

Amazing stay

This large, bright, clean and perfectly located home hosted us for a couple nights this past weekend. Close to some great bars/restaurants and one of the best supermarkets I've ever been to called New Seasons. Highly recommended

Great location!

This beautiful property was in a great location, in walking distance to Mississippi Street, with a lot of great restaurants / bars / shopping. Communication went through a third party, so when I arrived on site, I was given the wrong door code and it took a while to talk to someone who knew the correct code. Luckily the owner called me & sorted it out. Otherwise, all things were perfect.

Wow

The house was put together very cheaply everything is very crooked in the house from the light fixtures to the plug-ins down to the doors. The house is nice but cheap and the location isn’t so great either and there is never any parking on the street and u can’t park in driveway or garage and street parking doesn’t really work for me when I drive over a 100 thousand dollar car. Then when getting there I was never givin a code had to call to get it then when I get it the owner changes it after I had already been there and put all my stuff in it and never got a notice saying they changed it.

Better than the photos

LOVED this property. The pictures do not do it justice. The neighborhood is lovely, lots of diversity and quiet. The neighbor on the other half of the property introduced himself and told us to tell him if we needed anything and recommended some restaurants. The upstairs bed is like sleeping on clouds...we slept like babies. The downstairs bed is firmer and still very comfortable. The only downside of the groundfloor bedroom is that there is no tv in the room. We utilized the grill on the balcony but did have to give it a good cleaning prior (maybe it had not been used in a while). Everything was great, we found parking every day, no matter the time, right by the house. Very modern decor and clean. We would definitely stay again if we return.
