Climb the spiral staircase and enjoy the private bedroom with Queen bed and 360 degree views of the river and surrounding estuaries. Large walkway to dock and floating dock with fish cleaning station. Holds up to 3 boats with direct Gulf access. 8 kayaks available for guests. We stayed here for 3 nights this week. The house is located in a perfect spot to get away from it all. We scalloped and fished all three days. You can catch fish and crabs right from the floating dock in the back yard. The house itself is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. This was our second stay here, and we will back next summer.

Family Vacation

My family and I had a great week here! Everything we needed to relax and make memories! Spent hours fishing with the 6 year old from the dock and relaxing on the porch. Beautiful view!!! Peaceful, quiet piece of paradise!

Absolutely Amazing

This house was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, stocked with everything you need, and located perfectly at the edge of nature. They have kayaks to explore the area by water. We brought a small boat that we put in at one of the local boat ramps and kept at the dock behind the house. We caught tons of fish and crabs right off the dock and in the waterways right behind the house. It also had a firepit and chairs, and the backyard is very peaceful. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the hosts quickly responded to the few questions that we had and were very accommodating. This was a group of old friends getting together for a fishing trip, but I look forward to bringing my family back out to the house. I definitely would like to come back.

Great Property

Great property with gorgeous views. Water on three sides. All the amenities you could ever need! Well stocked kitchen. Loved all the little details like candy on the counter and coffee pods. Kayaks were great for exploring the waterways and mangroves. Saw manatees right off the dock as well! We had three amazing days scalloping out in the gulf!

Love! Love! Love!

From our 1st view of the house to the property we were hooked. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need or forgot to pack. The bathrooms were also stocked with practically anything you needed or again, forgot to pack. It was all about the previous mentioned, the bowls of candy and so much more that made this more of a home rather than just a rental. Thank you again Michael & Michelle for letting us enjoy your home.

Absolutely Beautiful!

This house is roomy, lots of windows and beautifully decorated. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, both shade and sun. Views are amazing! Kayaks can be launched from the dock. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Peaceful Estuary Stay

Loved the uniqueness of the home and the many levels of peaceful views. Was lucky to enjoy a beautiful sunset one of our evenings and used a few of the home's kayaks. There was plenty of fun spaces for all to sleep and the kitchen had all the necessary items to cook our dinners. We enjoyed dining at Crump's Landing on the Homosassa River, visiting Crystal River and the Three Sisters spring (swam with a few Manatees), although we were unable to keep our boat in the water on this home's floating dock due to a very low tide. The air boats seemed to be enjoying all the nooks and crannies though.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location! The sunsets were absolutely amazing with the 360 patio on the top floor as well as on the deck. Star gazing was so perfect as well. We kayaked down the river and enjoyed the fun! perfect for a secluded vacation on the water. Spotted manatees and dolphins one morning as well! Definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to be by the water and relax!

Sunset Lookout

We really enjoyed the location. It is very secluded and private. The lot and home was very spacious. Accomodations were very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time kayaking, catching blue crabs and even saw dolphins in the distance. My husband briefly saw a manate surface by the dock. We enjoyed local attractions, Crystal Springs and Homassasa. We also enjoyed day trips to Tarpon Springs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views. The home has great space to be able to spread out. I kept the blinds closed upstairs to keep it cool. I would suggest bringing a fan. All worth the great view. The home had everything we needed.

Loved it, quite, peaceful and beautiful view.

The home accommodated as very well, we also had a wedding on the property with roughly 40 guests and had plenty of room. Home had enough supplies to not have to go shopping as soon as you get there. Very clean. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Had a Fantastic time in this scenic home!!

In less then a week we saw bald eagle, osprey and a dozen other birds are100 feet from your door step. There is a deck that wraps around the house for fantastic views. You are surrounded by water on 3 sides with a dock for kayaking or crabbing. This is not our1st stay here and it won't be the last!!!!!!

Beautiful place but beware

Overall, the place was beautiful, but I had some issues with request for an additional payment of $500+ after arrival. Be aware that there is an additional guest charge of supposedly $20/person over 6 guests that was not clearly laid out in the listing, and for some reason was still requested to pay $400 over that and was told not sure how VRBO figures the cost. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO and this has never happened. However, after multiple messages with the host he did cancel the payment request but the whole thing just didn’t sit right seeing as we were already paying like $450 a night as it was. Probably won’t be back.

This home is the last home you can drive to on St. Martin's River. It has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico without any speed restrictions. Only a 10-15 minute boat ride to the world famous scallop spots. Decks on the main and top floors giving you a panoramic view of the water. Grab one of the kayaks, launch from the private floating dock and check out nature as it must have been before all the modernization and industrialization!
