If You are tired and want to have a carefree vocation or just to relax-here it is. This condo is located in the highly rated gated community "Avalon at Clearwater" which features a spacious clubhouse with free Wi Fi Internet, a large heated swimming pool, as well as a 24/7 fitness center.
The condo was fully renovated in a modern style in 2020. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, as well as all the necessary pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The bedroom comes with 1 Queen size bed with a spacious walk -in closet, the living room has 1 queen size pull out sofa. This unit has a washer & dryer, as well as towels, pillows and linens, a bathroom is with big walk-in shower and a patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. In the unit you will also find a 55'' 4K UHD TV, unlimited Wi Fi internet and everything necessary for a trip to the beach: 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler.
Provided: laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dishwasher tablets as also starter supply of paper products, linens, pillows, bath towels and hair dryer are also provided.
The complex has plenty of places to park your car and there is no designated spots so you can park wherever you want.
The unit is very close placed near the clubhouse and the heated (if needed) salt water pool.
The condo is located just 7 minutes away from award winning beaches, like the famous Pier 60 at Clearwater Beach, voted as one of the best in 2018. Besides the beach activities, you can also visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where you'll find Winter the Dolphin, the star of the movie Dolphin Tale.
Across the street there is a "Publix" supermarket. 24/7 Walmart is 5 min driving down S Missouri Ave. Minutes away from restaurants in the heart of Clearwater downtown.
Located 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport and really close by major attractions like Disney World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg and many more.

Winter escape

We enjoyed a clean and cozy stay. The condo was perfect, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the heated pool and all the restaurants that were close and the beaches that were just a few miles away. I’d definitely stay here again.

Fun-filled Spring Break

What a great trip!! My girls and I enjoyed a fun-filled, relaxing week at this beautiful condo. The condo itself was so clean, adorable and the set up was perfect for me and my two girls. The pool was great, very close to our unit and everyone we chatted with was nice and inviting. I would definitely rent again!!!

Quiet Clearwater

Very nice condo/community, smaller pool but very comfortable. Best suited to "mature" adults, although children are certainly welcome. We enjoyed our relaxing days. No planned activities or games. ( does have library and work out area) Very close to local grocery and within 15 min of beaches. On a busier street, but still quiet enough.

I had to have surgery and the owner refused to give me a refund, even a partial. She called a liar because I had to have surgery.

Aida's Place

We had a wonderful time at the Avalon condo hosted by Aida. The condo is as advertised. Very clean and all amenities for a great long term stay! We really like the location of the complex. The grocery store is across the street. Many restaurants near by and great access to freeways for getting around. We were there for Spring Training. It's about a 15 min drive to either TD Ballpark to watch the Blue Jays or Baycare Ball Park to watch the Phillies. A few side notes...if you prefer a bed on the softer side, then this condo is for you. Also, the touch pad keyless entry can be a bit tricky. The door locks automatically after it closes. The "one-time" access code provided by Aida is for your entire stay, not just the one time entry at the beginning of your stay. If you leave the condo on the morning of departure, but before your check out time of 11am, your access code will no longer work! For example, we took out the garbage at 10am and came back to the condo to get our luggage to depart to find out that we were locked out of the condo and our access code no longer worked. Thankfully Aida was able to unlock the door remotely so we could get our belongings! It would be helpful to have that entry code valid until 11am check out time. Also, the instructions to the condo/wifi were tucked away in a closet on top of a cabinet. It would be helpful to display them out in the open. Aida was wonderful in assisting with anything that came up.

Relaxing

This property was absolutely perfect for me. Location was great. A couple minutes gorgeous drive to the beach. Very quiet complex. Would highly recommend.

Great stay, nice property

We really enjoyed this property. It has a great Tampa beach type feel. Very conveniently located to all kinds of shopping, the beach and Clearwater Aquarium. Any issues seem too minor to mention. There was a nice coffee maker. The place was well provisioned and move in ready. We’ll stay again.

Excellent place to stay

Close to everything including beaches park, dining and groceries. Great place for 4 people. Owner is very kind and communication is great. Lots of kitchenware. Good internet.

Enjoyed our stay

Nice, clean, and modern rental. The host was very accommodating and responsive to messages. The rental unit was very clean with updated kitchen and bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. Only thing I wish it had was a tv in the bedroom.

Avalon at Clearwater

Beautiful well kept property with lovely pool. Our host was always available to us via text or email, however, we needed a lot of help to figure out how things within our condo worked. Strongly suggest that the host email itemized and detailed instructions on how things work well before guests arrive. This would include info re how to connect to the Wifi, how to use the television and its specific channels, tips on use of key code etc.

Honest Review

The property presents it's self as photos with the exception of a broken door pantry, slider lock broken and blind on slider broken. States sleeps four however the only provisions for the couch bed was a top sheet and throw for a blanket. No top sheet or bed pillows. Kitchen cookware were sparse. Nespresso coffee maker with 7 pods provided after that you are on your own (why not just provide a conventional maker).More important is the host Aida Please don't bother her with any questions as she will let you know you are an annoyance. There was a leak in the kitchen sink the first day I video and sent it to her and instead of her apologizing for the inconvenience she was hostile rude aggressive demanding and ignorant towards me. She .told me she spoke 4 languages however she spoke in her language to other's.while I stood there on two occasions. My family has been in the rental business for over 50 years and are familiar with tenant/landlord relationship . I was terrorized and planned on leaving the very next day and filing a complaint. I WORLD NEVER rent from this host again. Please be kind and understanding of one that pays your mortgage. Roza

Family vacation
