The Space:

The Neighborhood:
Take a stroll up the street to our charming downtown village, where you’ll find a variety of boutique shops, world-class restaurants, a cozy wine and cheese bar, a local playhouse, a retro candy store, and a farmer’s market every Sunday morning.

Alternatively, you can head down the street to explore beautiful beaches, the pier, beach running trails, and seaside parks. If you prefer to stay in the condo, you can enjoy a relaxing day with a steady ocean breeze and quiet evenings accompanied by stunning sunsets.

The area near the pier, just a 2-minute walk away, offers everything you might need, including excellent restaurants, convenience stores, great coffee, and delicious treats. You can also catch the free San Clemente hop-on hop-off trolley here, which will take you up the hill to Avenida Del Mar, where you can enjoy more shops, restaurants, outlet malls, and another farmer's market.

You'll be located in the San Clemente Pier Bowl, a quaint Spanish-style walking village featuring small cafes, a fantastic coffee shop, ice cream shops, a convenience store, two excellent restaurants, a waterfront park, and a beach walking trail. You'll find it easy to get by without needing your car during your stay.

You can walk to just about everything you would need or take the free seasonal trolley to go even further.

Other Things to Note:
- Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will do our best to address them as quickly as possible, but please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.

- Strict quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- This condo is part of a fully soundproofed 6-unit building, all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom, and we also have a studio available. If you need multiple units, please let us know, and we will do our best to provide you with adjacent units. This is condo #2 of 6.

- We allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with prior approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night, per pet. We have a small dog park on-site, and San Clemente is pet-friendly.

- The unit accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. For each additional guest beyond three, there is a charge of $25 per person, per night.

**Unit Privacy**
- There are security cameras in the common areas outside (none inside the units).
- We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to monitor noise levels during quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way; they only measure overall noise levels (Noise Away Brand).
