Hard to find two-bedroom, first-floor end-unit overlooking the canal and pool!

Within walking distance to the many restaurants, bars, and shopping in Olde Marco, including just steps away from the famous Snook Inn!

This condo also has a boat dock right outside of the condo, and it’s available to use, but it must be reserved in advance.

This condo has 2 King Adjustable beds and a pull-out couch.

We also provide beach chairs and a small beach cooler, so you can easily enjoy the beautiful beaches of Marco Island.

Sorry, NO pets and NO Smoking on the property.

Marco Island Condo

The condo was great. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location was on Marco Island was fabulous. Price was reasonable. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the fact that the condo was on the first floor. If we're ever back to Marco Island we would stay here again. If you're looking for a condo with a pool and great location and price, I would highly recommend this property.

Great place and great host

Perfect place to stay. Super clean. Host was great. He provided me with some bike routes to get my training in. All and all it was an awesome stay with a great location.

2nd stay

This is our 2nd stay at this property. We chose this property due to accessibility by boat. Boat docks are available. Two docks available to reserve , make sure to confirm docks are available before booking. Walking distance to Old Marco, Snook Inn, etc. Kitchen use a refresh on pots and pans, utensils. Not enough towels in bathroom for four adults. Comfortable space , would stay again..

Bad smell

From the moment I arrived there were issues. I couldn't open the screen door and had to call the owner for instructions. Once I went into the condo I noticed a strong smell and I immediately had a allergic reaction with my nose running. I left a day early on Saturday rather than Sunday.

Old and musty

My family and I went to Marco Island for our annual family reunion. Our stay here was for 2 nights. Check-in and communication with the property manger (prior to our stay) was very good and easy. The unit seemed clean but we did find an empty Listerine bottle by the night stand in one room and a frying pan with dried, coagulated oil on it. There were NO mugs of any shape or form for coffee. My husband brewed it with the only mug, a metal one, and drank it out of a drinking glass because they had a single Keurig. So one brewing one at a time. I took a drinking glass out and it was cracked. The dishwasher was not attached so it came out when we opened it. And there was not toilet paper. Even a Motel 8 gives you at least one roll! The TV remote did not work. We even changed the batteries. The rest of our family was staying in a different place so we spent the day with them. When we returned the unit smelled musty and like rotten food was left in the garbage can. We had not eaten there nor had any food there. I had to spray the unit with Lysol. There is damp removers through out the unit but they are not enough. The sheets still felt wet. The beds were comfortable and the unit seemed to have been just painted. It is located next to the pool and the area is nice. We would not stay there again though. We did not contact the manager as we were spending our days somewhere else and it was basically a place to sleep.

The property is suited well for four guests. The host, Darin, is very responsive. The pool is good. The Snook Inn is a very short walk. I would stay again.

Great location for Marco Island

We stayed at this property when it was not very busy, but we heard during the busy season it’s a lot of fun as well. It was nice to relax. We had the pool to ourselves because we stayed in the month of May. The property was clean well, kept and quiet.

Property was in great, quiet neighborhood. The residents were wonderful to talk with around the pool. Snooks within walking distance for great food and live music was a big bonus!

Marco Island Condo

We live on Marco Island and needed a place to stay while repairs were being done to our home. This condo was very reasonably priced and had two bedrooms. The condo is in an older development but was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay there again.
