Lovely condo!! Amenities were amazing. We have stayed in Lincoln City numerous times and this condo was by far the nicest one. Morning soak in the hot tub with a cup of coffee and ocean view was top tier. 10 out of 10.

Great stay, very clean, incredible view and fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub wasn't super hot the first day but there was a sign about how the water had been changed that morning, which is nice. Second day it was super toasty!

The price and location were excellent. Beautiful ocean front property with easy parking and access. Unfortunately, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest and the sofa was rock hard as well. The property had everything else we needed for a pleasant stay with grocery stores close by for self catering. The hot tub was a great addition and enjoyed by my family.

We understand guests have different preferences and clearly Lesley needs everything to be extremely soft to meet her needs as claiming a couch is 'rock' hard is a new one for us. Admit it was a bit disappointing to read her comments, especially after we took care of items she broke in the kitchen during her stay.

This condo was a perfect fit for our family vacation. We have a 2yr old and had to put some of the breakables in the closet for safety (there are a lot) and the pack n play was a tight fit in the front bedroom, but otherwise it was great. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! We will definitely come back to this place!

The place worked well for our group. Unfortunately, hot tub had been refilled before we came due to previous users. Though management said it would be ready by evening, it was still only 94 in the morning. So it was a good 24 hours before we could use it and we were only there less than 48 hours. Otherwise, very nice place ! Would recommend it.

Glad you enjoyed your stay and yes, we do at times need to change the water to keep it sanitary when another guest doesn’t shower. The water is usually warm by the evening, except in cases when the arriving guest changes the settings to economy mode instead of normal mode. We encourage guests to read the instructions before attempting to change the temperature.

Wow. We absolutely fell in love with this place. The hot tub was obviously the best part. Fully stocked kitchen, extra cozy blankets, TV in each room, easy beach access with walking a short way, pool access was easy and close by, having a washer and dryer was amazing to keep suits dry in between hot tub soaks. My only complaint was the washer did leave clothes smelling a bit musty, I think it’s time for a maintenance on it. We will be booking again soon. Thank you

Glad you enjoyed our home. Regarding your washer comments, it is helpful to not leave your laundry overnight in a front load washer as laundry can smell musty when sitting wet that long. It is a new washer, so maintenance is unnecessary.
