Cozy and Well-Stocked Home with a Great View!

This was the perfect sized home for our party of five. I loved how they had a loveseat right in front of the big bay window, I spend much of my time there! There are four, nice sized parking spaces which was very nice as well. We’ll definitely be back!

There are stairs getting to the home from the street, and stairs to one bedroom and bath, and steep stairs to the laundry. Communication with manager was excellent. We would rent this home again.

Great Place to Relax

Everything about this stay was great. The house is roomy and the view couldn't be better or closer to the surf. Only two things I would comment on is that there is a 15 steps down to the house and it is rather steep. No problem with that but if you have walking or issues with legs you will have a hard time navigating the stairs. 2nd, and because I didn't read all of the amenities so had no soap or toiletries. A trip to Walgreens cured that. Otherwise it was a perfecct 3 day stay.

Beautiful views and home

This was a last minute booking and still can’t believe it was available. Beautiful views and close to town. We came over to have a relaxing weekend and it was worth it. You are right above the beach. It’s located by the beach access ramp so you are on the beach in minutes. We were only there for a couple of days so we only used the coffee maker and kettle. We went out to eat for food. We would rent this place again when we come back to Lincoln City. Loved it!!

Amazing house

Amazing house. The view was brilliant. Could use a up date on pot’s and pans. But overall it was a very nice house. Would rent this house again.

Million Dollar View

This is a cozy and quaint home. I definitely wouldn’t consider it luxury as it’s an older home and a little drafty, etc. But it had everything we needed to be warm and comfy, and was cleaned thoroughly! The view was incredible and we would definitely book again!

Just What I Needed!!

The view could not be beat!!! We encountered stormy weather and gorgeous skies and were able to soak it all in from the couch in the dining room. And, of course, on the beach itself which was just a quick walk from the front door! Check in was a breeze and the home has everything that we would need.

Amazing view!

The view can’t be beat! Parking was very convenient and spacious, even for my husband’s huge truck. Cute cottage with fireplace, along with an ample number of beds and bathrooms. Super close to path down to beach. Also, the tide pools were perfect for exploring.

Great location!

We spent a week here in mid October with my sister and brother-in-law. Loved the location! You are literally on a bank overlooking the whole beach. The first couple of days the fog was pretty thick, so much so we couldn’t see the water. But when it cleared up…beautiful. The tide is constantly going in/out leaving tide pools RIGHT in front of you. The house was plenty big for 4 adults. Loved the fireplace! The front room was perfect for dining and just sitting in front of the water. We spent most of our nights playing cards in there, just listening to the water. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans… We did buy extra paper towels and t.p. but didn’t use them. Also need your own shampoo, conditioner, shower stuff. Communication was a breeze. We had an issue with a short in an outdoor light and it was an easy resolve with the rental agency. We would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking in this area.

Absolutely adorable home. Window shades were not all working and we had a few spiders to remove from inside the house. But overall it was a wonderful place. Thank you very much! tostay. Would love to stay again.

We enjoyed walking to grab food at the BBQ place down the street. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 6. The general condition of the place was good. Well maintained and cleaned but a bit of an older build (absolutely nothing against that). I also locked myself out of the property and received wonderful customer service. We had the PERFECT weekend and can't wait to stay again.

Reviewer Comments: Once a year my sisters and I take my mom to Lincoln City for a weekend. Your home provided plenty of room for the 5 of us. We walked on the beach each day, went shopping at the outlet stores and antique shopping downtown. I expected the kitchen to be supplied with better tools and equipment. Every knife was dull and there was no coffee grinder. The property management company was professional but not as friendly as when I stay at an Airbnb.

There was a 2nd coffee pot, that we thought was strange when we arrived. Guess we figured out why the hard way.. Maybe remove broken one, or a note that says large pot leaks, only for Keurig cups.

The property was just as described. It's a great location with easy, private parking. Loved the working gas fireplace. Nice and cozy! We'll definitely be back.
