It’s a nice house in a beautiful neighborhood and close to the beach which was nice. There were some things broken and left from previous guests but the property manager came and took care of that the next day. The pool was nice. Overall we had a great vacation and would stay again in the future!

Overall, the location of the house was perfect. The pool was great, and the house was clean when we arrived.That said, there were a few issues with check-in that could use improvement. The front door code didn’t work—similar to what other guests mentioned—and the living room ceiling fan was broken, even after we tried replacing the batteries ourselves.The bigger issue was the general wear and tear. It’s clear the property has been a rental for some time. Fixtures like toilet paper holders and towel rods were loose or falling off in several bathrooms.We could overlook those things, but what really concerned us was when our 5-year-old tried to open a back sliding door and the handle—rotted from salt exposure—snapped off in his hand.Before we even had a chance to report it, we were hit with a 700 charge for the handle. No call, no questions—just a bill for what appears to be a 30 part from Home Depot.My advice? There are at least 20 similar properties in the neighborhood. Pick one of those. This house needs a little time off for some much-needed repairs.

Family Getaway

Overall, we really enjoyed staying in this home. There was plenty of space for our family of six and the house was clean. The check in process had a kink as our code to unlock the door did not work at first, but it was resolved fairly quick by the management company. We also found that the grill was not working and only had heat from one side. The microwave did not work at all, so when our kids had left overs we reheated them on the stove top. These two issues resulted in more eating out than we had originally planned for in our budget. That being said, we had a wonderful time and were able to pivot plans as needed.

Nice location

The stay was decent. The pool was the best part and we used it a lot. We did find a frog and slug in the pool but that’ll happen in nature. The home had some annoying things but didn’t overly impact the stay other than the sliding doors being borderline inoperable. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries, never could get the living room light or fan on. The upstairs shower curtain fell off so we had to all use one bathroom. The garage code didn’t work. Batteries may be dead in the opener outside the door. Front door could be shoved open even when locked. The lower rating comes after the stay. After we were an hour on the road, I realized I had left two drawers full of clothes. I immediately contacted the property manager who said when they find them they’ll ship them. However they told me they weren’t found. Which is impossible unless someone came in and took them. Ultimately it’s my responsibility for forgetting the clothes and mementos but still disappointing to hear they disappeared.

Great house!

The house was great! Great location walking distance to the beach and the pool was a great bonus to the house! We did have a few minor issues but nothing too major to ruin our vacation. The response was quick and easy! Great house! I would rent again!

Beachy Memorial Weekend

The neighborhood was very welcoming and clean. Easy check in. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, clean. The floor didn't seem real clean and there is an outlet in the raised bar in the kitchen that is loose. Pool was beautiful and great temperature. Very accommodating as there were 10 of us. We could have easily added 2 more. Beach access was a short 10 minute walk. Dogs enjoyed the neighborhood. Teenagers really enjoyed the bikes! We had a great vacation of family fun, play and relaxation! We will be back!

Nice and well appointed - but

Overall very nice, but some frustrations. No garage door opener, so had to get out of car and use keypad every time. No instructions on TV, provider, channels, speaker system. I don't think I ever got it right. But of TVs, stack of remotes, no directions. Same with ceiling fans. Never got them working. Pool is nice, but must pay extra - a lot extra - to heat it. Backyard fence has no smaller screen liner so small dogs will slip right through staves. Ours did, making the backyard minimally usable. No general cleaning supplies on site to wipe counters, clean up spills, etc.

Great location

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Great location by the beach and shops. Checkin was easy with prompt communication. Would definitely stay here again.
