Cozy Blue Bungalow Walk Downtown! Free parking!

As you pull up to the Cozy Blue Bungalow, you’ll notice that it stands out from the historic homes on the street. Built in the 1970s by a local doctor who rented out most of the homes in the area, this little bungalow has been lovingly restored. While it’s compact at 900 square feet, it offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

With three bedrooms, the bungalow can accommodate up to 6 guests, but please note that the space is best suited for smaller groups. If you’re traveling with a larger party, be aware that the one bathroom and cozy living areas may feel a bit tight for 6 people. We recommend groups of 3, with one guest per bedroom, for the most comfortable experience.

The kitchen, while small, is fully renovated and stocked with everything you need, including a gas stove. The adjoining living room features a large smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows. All the beds are new, with hybrid mattresses that our guests love, and each bedroom has its own smart TV.

Though the bathroom is compact, the on-demand hot water system ensures you’ll never run out, even with multiple showers. Outside, relax on the back porch, or take a short walk to downtown Wilmington to enjoy the many dining options the area has to offer.

This is a great clean updated space. Anything and everything you need is included. Great location to downtown Wilmington and Uber/Lyft rides are not overpriced from this location. I would only suggest adding more outside lighting on the driveway side of the house.

Perfect Location

This location is within walking distance of many local restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our time visiting the Brooklyn Arts District.

Quick Overnight stay

This was a quick overnight stay for my son and his friends for spring break. The place was in walking distance to the downtown areas for them to go out and not worry about driving. Will definitely keep this in mind for future trips to Wilmington!

Perfect stay for downtown visit!

The blue bungalow was perfect for our small vacation in Wilmington. We were within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to anything else. The management group provides so much information for the stay including all you need to know about anything in the house and great recommendations for many things nearby. They were great with communication too. Would love to stay here again in the future!

VERY clean, A/C, TV's & ceiling fans in every room, comfortable pillows & mattresses, on-demand hot water, driveway parking, easily accessible to downtown and 20 min drive from Wrightsville Beach. We loved this cozy little place, however did not know where exactly the garbage was to go or how. Ice cube trays were cracked and had leaked before we got there in the freezer, though you'd like to know. Also kitchen towels, hot pads would have been nice too. Neighborhood was quiet except for a few planes/jets/helicopters every now and then. Neighbor was friendly and we appreciated that. Not far from necessities, appreciated the book left with all kinds of info for the area.
