This stunning house, known as Aspen Lodge, is located on the eighth hole of Big Meadow Golf Course. Nestled amid trees at the Black Butte Ranch, fantastic resort amenities include six pools, horse stables, hiking trails, and an on-site restaurant, pub, and lake-view bistro.

Whip up tasty meals in the chef’s kitchen, or fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the large deck. Then soak in the private hot tub surrounded by towering evergreens. With two luxe suites, a lodge-like ambience, and modern amenities, this welcoming home is the ideal retreat! This home has two bedrooms and bathrooms with walk-in showers on the main floor. There are no steps to the entrance.

Unwind in the spacious living area, where a leather sectional and two side chairs surround a wood-burning stove. A lofted living area has a sofa and smart TV.

The well-equipped kitchen features all the gadgets and dishes you’ll need and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a gas fireplace, smart TV, and en suite bathroom. The ground-floor suite has a gas fireplace, smart TV, and direct deck access. The en suite bathroom has a roll-in shower. The bunk room has direct deck access. The hallway bathroom has a roll-in shower.

Enjoy pre-dinner drinks on Adirondack chairs while enjoying the fairway view. Make use of the gas grill and host a cookout on the large deck. Take a relaxing soak in the covered hot tub, surrounded by mature pines. There's fun for the whole family in the entertainment space in the garage, with ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, darts and a large screen TV there is something for everyone.

On-site amenities include a year-round indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pools (open Memorial Day-Labor Day). Between two fitness centers, find a steam room, spa, hot tubs, basketball, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a volleyball court, playgrounds, a soccer field, and a kids’ activity center.

Complimentary WiFi, firewood, a Pack ‘n Play, and a washer/dryer are provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
