Ready to drink in the beach vibes & views? North Topsail Island - one of the country's top family beach destinations - is only 3 miles away, via the causeway. Camp Lejeune is minutes away. It is truly the best of both worlds & with affordable rates, you can stay all month long!

Stayed in Holly Ridge to visit our daughter and son in law that live in Jacksonville. Easy ride to see them and 8 min to the beach. The house was so amazing. I was in love with how clean and homelike it was. Tim was super responsive and we even had a great welcome from the pup 2 doors down. Josie was our welcoming crew. Highly recommend this property. Thanks Tim for a house that was beautiful and a memorable stay!!

Cute cottage

This was a great place to stay. This is the most dog friendly place I have been to. My dog loved the fenced backyard. The house is only a couple of miles away from the free parking area at Top Sail beach. And only 2 miles from the grocery shore and a little gas station. Not too far from the base that my nephew is stationed at. Neighbors are really nice and friendly. We will definitely stay again!

Great place to Stay!

Stayed here once on vacation and then again transitioning while moving here from Massachusetts. Tim was extremely flexible and sympathetic towards our needs in such a hectic time in our move. One of best hosts you could ask for!

This Property Exceeded My Expectations

This property was clean and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay. It's also close to shopping and restuarants. Time checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed and it was a relaxing vacation home.

Lovely home with a very thoughtful owner

We love the fact the house was 5 minutes from the beach. The house was very clean and really nice appliances. I love the fact that Tim (owner) took the time to get my grandson some gifts to make him feel welcome. The neighbors was very welcoming and helpful.

Restful retreat

Tim is a superb person who went above and beyond to accommodate us. When an issue arose, he was in immediate communications ion with us, took care of our housing and the issue was solved in 24 hours. He then follo a ed up with uus. The property is well maintained and he has gone out of his way to make sure 'it feels like home'.

Beautiful & welcoming

The house is beautifully decorated and Tim was extremely helpful! The one-floor layout was perfect for my Mom and my kids and pup enjoyed the enclosed backyard. It was close enough to the beach and local shops to stay active but away from the traffic. We definitely plan to visit again!!

Amazing place to stay!

I really got lucky when booking this place. The property was just as pictured; very clean and updated looking! The check-in process was an absolute breeze and Tim was very responsive to any questions I had throughout the entirety of my trip. I even arrived to a hand-written note, as well as treats and a few toys for my two dogs. So sweet! Having that fenced in yard was amazing as well if you're traveling with two dogs. The place was only a few minutes drive to the beach and in a convenient location to the grocery store/restaurants. Overall, my guests and I had a wonderful time and I would definitely book it again!

Great location with no hassle

My family and I had a wonderful time at Tim's house. Check-in was a breeze and Tim even left a pack n play and high chair without me asking, which made things even easier. The house is well equipped, clean and only a 9 minute drive to the beach! Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again.
