This comfortable, updated condo is just a few houses from the beach and perfect for families, couples, surfers, or remote workers. With a private patio, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi, it’s designed for both leisure and productivity.

PARKING: You will have two dedicated parking spaces in the front parking lot.

Guest review: "This was a great place for our stay in South Padre. So close to the beach made it wonderful!... We loved that you could walk almost anywhere from here and get what you want - food drinks, beach and shopping. Very clean and great location - we would stay there again!"

This is a great space for surfers, couples, families, and anyone looking for a beach getaway. The living room has a large screen smart TV, in-unit washer and dryer, and all brand new furniture. The kitchen features bar seating, a full-size fridge and oven, and all new appliances + coffee maker. Kick back and relax in the queen size bedroom and enjoy the flat screen in your room, or work remote from your desk, or step out into the sunshine on the spacious private patio. Enjoy live music from a nearby bar before 10 pm in the private patio. This unit, 201, is on the 2nd floor, through the left staircase. It is a non-smoking unit. No pets please.
