Our island retreat is a family-friendly, three-bedroom condo, with beds for up to 10 people, including children. Beautifully coastal decorations and accessories, with up-to-date amenities. It is fully furnished with all the necessities of a home, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, and flat-screen TV. Relax in the complex's sparkling pool or take a short walk to the Island's Entertainment Center. This jewel is located half a block from the blue ocean. Just call it your perfect island retreat! Key Features include 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps up to 10 including kids (1 King, and 4 Full beds),âą Swimming Pool, Upscale interior, Hot Tub. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Private Balcony off Living area, Flat-screen TVs. Please Note: must provide more info on a signed renters agreement. Min age to rent is 21, ONE pet allowed under 30 pounds with separate $100 pet cleaning fee. PLEASE READ ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS IN OUR HOUSE RULES.
IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment.
You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.
The owners of San Francisco #5 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyoneâs stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. You would have to park tandem in the space marked ar #5. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the ownersâ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests, including kids. There must be at least one adult 21 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Our unit is not wheelchair accessible. Our property is located on the 2nd floor.
4. Pets ~ We accept 1 dog under 30 pounds with a cleaning fee of $100. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed inside the cans located in the front of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.
8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.
9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.
For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.
Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

I am an island person born and grew up in Puerto Rico. Marriage brought me to Dallas area but my body and soul always pulled me towards the ocean. I chose South Padre Island because the beaches and the ocean are the best of Texas.
