As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
Seaside Villas is a gated, oceanfront complex located in walking distance to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, parks and entertainment.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

I loved being able to see the ocean from the living area.

I was only able to stay 2 days. This unit is convenient to the beach (easy walk) & to restaurants.

Quick get away

Condo great for short stay. Kitchen is adequate however difficult to prepare a meal. Great location and the beach is fabulous.

Great location on the Beach

great location close to everything, walk onto the beach, ocean view from lanai. Host is readily available and communicates well, offered early entry upon arrival. Unit is small but plenty of room for two adults, only cons is AC doesn't cool the bedroom and provisions were lacking, make sure to bring your own coffee, soap, shampoo, t-paper, etc

Outstanding getaway vacation

Wonderful vacation accommodations from start to finish. Place was exactly the way it was listed. Great close location to beach, pool, restaurants. Rest and Relaxation

The property was clean and looked just like the pictures. The view of the ocean from the balcony was better than expected. The location is very convenient to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay!

We loved this property and how close it is to the beach. The porch has a great view of the ocean and the short, dedicated pathway to the beach makes this a favorite location for us. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic. The apartment was modern and clean. Excellent communication with the host. There were some great suggestions for food, drinks, etc that were given by the host. We used a few of them and really appreciated the tips on the area. We would love to stay here again!

Great spot for our babymoon

We had such a great time here during our 5 night stay on HHI. The location is amazing- so close to the beach, ocean views from the balcony, walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Having beach chairs available for us to use was great and saved us from having to rent each day. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Wonderful place

This condo is so beautiful! It has a great view of the ocean and an easy walk there. The bed is so comfortable( I always look for this when I look at reviews!) You would not regret staying here, it’s so convenient to shopping, eating, bicycling too. The owners are outstanding to work with. If I could give more stars I would!

Perfect getaway!

This condo was completely remodeled and beautiful! Wonderful location! A few steps to beach and pool and short walking distance to Coligny. Having a beach wagon and beach chairs to use was an added bonus. Property manager was very helpful and responsive! We can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Wonderful location

We had an excellent stay in this condo and loved having an ocean view from the balcony! So close to the beach, and we also enjoyed being close to Cologne Plaza for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend! It was a bit small for 4 people, but fine for just a week. I’m very picky about beds and found the king sized bed to be extremely comfortable!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! The hosts Kendall & Jeremy were very attentive and super nice! Condo was clean, comfy king bed, great bikes to hit the bike trails or ride on the beach. Balcony with ocean views. Huge 55” tv. Would recommend!

The proximity to the beach was great, the apartment and appliances were very clean, beach chairs and bikes were provided, parking was abundant, and we walked or biked almost everywhere. The king bed was also very soft and comfortable. The bikes need a bit of a tune up and you need to bring your own helmet if you want to wear one.
