Looking for a unique getaway in beautiful southern Utah? Red Rock Oasis in Kanab is waiting for you! This 2-bedroom home is designed with you and your furry companion in mind. From the moment you step inside our home with its airy living room and picture windows, you'll know you've found your perfect getaway. Enjoy the luxury of our outdoor oasis. Please note there is a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home. We also ask that you monitor your pet at all times and clean up after your pet. Please understand and respect our policy, we appreciate your cooperation.

Home Features:

Living Room - Open concept, large sectional sofa, TV, ceiling fans, extra blankets, two comfy chairs in front of the picture windows, workstation.

Kitchen - Fully equipped, coffee maker, baking dish, cookie sheets, pots, pans, toaster oven, Insta Pot. Dining table with seating for four.

Master Suite - King bed, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, private jetted tub with red cliff views.

Main Bathroom - connected with separate vanities and toilets, shared walk-in shower, hair dryer, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Guest Bedroom - Queen bed, closet, dresser, ceiling fan.

Laundry Room - Washer & dryer with complimentary laundry detergent.

Half-Bathroom - Adjacent to the laundry room, with a vanity & toilet.

Backyard - Covered patio with dining table & seating, outdoor bar area with seating, BBQ grill, outdoor sofa, stunning views.

Bowls for food and water are available for your furry friend.

If needed, we also provide a queen air mattress & two twin air mattresses.

Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Red Rock Oasis is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's only a short drive from Ranchos Park, which has a playground and plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space. The park also includes a walking trail - perfect for going on a stroll with your loved ones!

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

Equestrian and biking trails are also available.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
