Inside this one-story charmer, guests will find a comfortable living room, dining room for six, and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Stay entertained with a friendly game of pool or foosball, or stream your favorite TV shows and movies. Outside, grill up dinner or gather around the firepit for s’mores and good conversations.

Good price

Close location to Pismo but you are not in Pismo. I would say good for a family with small children that doesn’t want to cook. :) Very clean, but a rooster and dog a little loud in the front rooms back room was quiet. We had a great stay.

Vacation rental

It is very nice house. Close to all the beaches. Very quite neighborhood. We enjoyed the game area pool etc. We got up washed all the bath towels the day we left. N left them in dryer. Spacious roomy house.

Not worth renting

There were a few unsatisfactory things with our stay. The entertainment room does not have enough seating for families. There’s only 2 chairs in the room; needs a couch if you are going to place a tv. There.We ended leaving early. The bedroom carpets are very dirty. One of the bunk beds had stickers on it.there was a broken chair in the living room. Limited bedding & towels.for the cost of stay it’s unsatisfactory.called Vrbo & have not received any response.

Great for 4, not more.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood, minus the neighbor's dog that barked on and off all night. Wanted rented for 10, as the house is advertised for 10. There were a total of 7 bath towels, and 1 beach towel and chair in the garage. We have stayed in numerous Vacasa Rentals and the kitchens are usually adequately equipped. If you plan on cooking, I would bring "everything" you need, as it appears the kitchen was stocked the owners unwanted kitchen utensils and little else. Appliances, yes. Necessary items, utensils and even silverware, that's looks like a Dollar Store purchase, no. Also, there is one TV in the house, so if you have kids, little entertainment. There is also a lack of general seating. 1 couch and 3 chairs between living room and pool room, where the TV is located. Outlet in hall bath does not work. Called Vacasa to see about repair, never heard back. Could be a nice rental, if owners put a little effort into it.
