Beautiful home!

We had an amazing time. The home was very comfortable, clean and spacious! The host was so sweet and had great communication. Would definitely recommend others!!

DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR

Lets start with the good. The house was very nice and everyone in my party enjoyed themselves and had comfy sleeping quarters. That being said, I chose this particular house because it said it had a hot tub, which it did not. The listing actually says "Adorable BEACH HOUSE minutes from the Sand/Dunes w/SPA!", has a hot tub in the preview pictures and has hot tub rules posted next to where the hot tub used to be and in the instruction book. The property manager did not update the ad to delete mention of a hot tub. When I called to inquire on it, Raquel proceeded to tell me the house is only for a 6 person party and I have 9, so she won't charge extra for that. Excuse me, I booked the house for 9, so you aren't doing me ANY favors. I requested some (not all) of my money back since I wasn't getting what I paid for and Raquel went into a schpiel about how prop. mgmt is not her main job so if I leave a bad review, she doesn't care. She also said she and her crew did a walk-through prior to our arrival. They missed a hole in the wall in the Sunset room and we had to buy more towels, more garbage bags, paper towels and once again...THERE WAS NO HOT TUB AS ADVERTISED. I do not appreciate the false advertising and the gaslighting from the property manager. I paid for certain amenities, I didn't get them, so I should be compensated. The owner of the property should get a new property management company and should contact me to personally apologize for almost ruining my bday.
