Very clean

Very clean. Sparsely furnished. Nice space but needs some updated furnishings. Coffee spills over the coffee pot onto burner. We didn't try Keurig as we brought our own coffee. A lamp in the living room had no bulb. We had to get one from a bedroom. Lamp in down bedroom didn't work. All beds were comfortable. Be aware a railroad track is nearby

I left a couple of items at the house I rented in Oceano,Ca. Recently found out I left a quilt made by me. I have a family in Grover Beach. Is there anyway my family member can go in the house to look for it. .

Great times!

The pictures don't do the condo justice, very clean and well kept! Claudia was responsive when I texted. Short drive to pismo pier, great coffee shop around the corner. Found a ping pong table in the garage that made for lots of laughs, would definitely visit again!

Home Away from Home

I rented this house to celebrate my 42nd bday with 5 of my favorite people and this house definitely didn’t disappoint!!! It’s spacious and in a good area. There’s mom and pop restaurants and stores within walking distance. The owner responds rob email and phone calls with no hesitation. We took advantage of the ping pong table, the fire pit and the propane grill. The pics don’t do the house justice because the house is bigger than what the pics show. I highly recommend this house!!!!!

Split floor plan 👍

The home was perfect for two families, I rented it for both my adult children and family, one stayed downstairs with the two bedrooms and bath w 2 small kiddos, and my daughter and her husband in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs was great to gather, it’s an open floor plan with kitchen and living area, we played games and hung out! House was clean and tidy.

The house is roomy. The 5 of us fit easily in the 3 bedrooms. The decor and furniture are coordinated and comfy. Nice beach town vibe. Plenty to do in the area or just hang out in the house. Highly recommend the Great American Melodrama which is a 100 yard walk from the house. ATVs on the dunes we’re great too.

Great stay

We had a great time! Close to the beach and restaurants. They only thing I would say is that we had 8 people staying as the house listed 3 bedrooms and a pull out couch. The pull out couch is actually a very small futon - not a pull out couch, that no grown adult (let alone 2 adults) could sleep on. It was uncomfortable to sit on so no one slept on it. If you plan on using this bed, I would bring an air mattress instead.

My second time staying here. We had a great time here. Its comfortable and clean. The hostess is great in communication. Very quite area , relaxing and everything you need in the home, we havw no compaints. Will definitely be back

Grateful for the opportunity to stay

My only complaint about this stay was the internet. It was terribly slow. We had a very difficult time watching tv and having kids play on their electronics. Otherwise the house was equipped with everything we needed.

Oceano House

The house itself was an excellent home. Very clean and well equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils. Shortcomings were minor. One good knife for cutting other than steak knives. It would be more informative to state that the garage is occupied and parking available in driveway. A truck was parked in front of the house the entire time we were there. The neighborhood is not the best and at first we were concerned about how safe the area was. But as the week progressed, these things became minor inconveniences, and ultimately did not deter us from having an enjoyable stay. The owner was very responsive to any communications.

Beautiful local artwork of the dunes. Received the check-in information 5 days in advance with very clear instructions. Very easy parking. Loved that there was soap throughout. Beautiful place and very clean. Only complaint was there was a smoke detector alarm going off. Would be nice if the batteries were checked every 6 months

Oceano Getaway

Rented this property for my daughter's 14th birthday weekend with 3 of her friends and our family. House was clean with large upstairs serving as main living room with views, kitchen, and en suite bedroom/bath with 2 entrances. Downstairs has two full bedrooms and a bathroom, so the girls were able to sleep there while the rest of us slept upstairs. There's also a garage with a ping pong table, paddles, and balls, baby gates, etc. Oceano is nice because it is away from the hustle and bustle of Pismo, GB, and AG but you're still less than 10 minutes away by car. There is a market, restaurants, gourmet coffee, and the famous Great American Melodrama Theater, where Zac Efron got his start, all within easy walking distance. Will definitely rent here again.

Great place!

This is a great place in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family and plenty of room outdoors for fun activities such as Cornhole or Spike ball. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in this area. Thank you again!
