Lyckligt hus vid havet

Happy House är ett charmigt 2 sovrum 1 badrum Stuga 1/2 kvarter till ingången till Seacliff State Beach Park. Den har ett fullt utrustat kök med kaffebryggare, spis / ugn, kylskåp, kokkärl och diskmaskin. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, vi erbjuder sängkläder och handdukar till huset. Vi har uppgraderat fiber höghastighets trådlöst internet, direkt-TV, DVD och videobandspelare med filmer för barn. Det är mindre än ett block för livsmedel, restauranger och butiker. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar eldstad, en inhägnad trädgård, parkering utanför gatan för 3 fordon och kolgrill.

Vi är nära redwoods i Nisene Marks State Park och en 10 minuters bilresa till Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Monterey Bay Aquarium ligger cirka 45 minuters bilresa.

Vi har en avslappnad, avslappnad atmosfär. För små barn finns det två stolar för köksbordet och strandleksaker. Vi har ett sortiment av barnböcker, megablock, familjebrädspel, strandstolar, parasoller och boogiebrädor som du är välkommen att använda.

Happy House är ett mysigt hem begränsat till 6 gäster. Vänliga, välskötta husdjur som passar bra med våra husdjurregler är välkomna mot en avgift på $ 50 per husdjur. Måste ordnas i förväg.

Fantastic beach area getaway

What a pleasant surprise this little beach house was…perfect sleeping configuration, cozy comfy beds, awesomely supplied kitchen, great backyard patio, and super convenient to walk on the beach or beach walk…we will return to this place for sure!

Highly Recommended Great Location

This is a great smaller home located above Sea Cliff State Beach. I would say perfect for four guests and quite acceptable for six. We had six. Very old school in a good way. Not a super modern property and not a party destination if that is what you are looking for. The host was very easy to connect with. We would definitely return.

Great Time

Not easy finding house so close to the beach that will accept multiple Large dogs. Mexican restaurant, general store and ice cream. 1 block away. We did not do any cooking but it appears the house was well stocked with pans and utensils to do the basics if you wanted to cook. Hopefully we will be able to come back soon.

Great Location

Happy House is in a great spot. Near the Highway and closer to the beach. Santa Cruz and all it had to offer is about 15 minutes away. It might take longer on heavy traffic days. The cottage is small but fit our family of six comfortably. The courtyard behind the cottage is inviting, but we didn’t have the time to enjoy it. We had a nice visit.

Great location just a few steps to restaurants, store, ice cream shop and about a 5-minute walk to beach (the beach is downhill, but you can also drive to a parking lot if walking up and down a hill is an issue for you). Short drive to the magical Forest of Nisene Marks.

We had a wonderful stay.

This is a very cute and comfy house. Well equipped with everything we needed. Patio is fenced and great for our dogs. Small store close by, Snow-white restaurant and a few others. Seacliff state park is within walking distance, we also hiked State Park Nisene. Thank you, Happy House, for a wonderful and relaxing time.

Happy House

Cozy home close to the beach!

This house was super cozy, the back patio was private and beautiful, and the walk to the beautiful beach was so easy. Perfect for our little family getaway, a short walk to restaurants and ice cream. We would love to come back!

Perfect vacation

Happy house lived up to it’s name! We stayed here for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for shopping, exploring, hiking and biking. I took our 5 year old grandson up to the skate/play park 2 blocks away one morning. He had the time of his life running around the skate park like a ninja warrior! Safeway is 1/2 mile away and good restaurants are all around the area.

Charming beach cottage

Location is great, a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, excellent dining in walking distance including Manuel’s Mexican restaurant and Mariannes’s ice cream. A relaxing beach getaway place.

This home has been in our family over 60 years! We keep it available for family to visit and share it with guests like you. Many of the books, decorations and furnishings are from an older era, and may have special meaning to the family giving it a retro feel, we prefer to keep it this way. It is still important to us to keep up with home maintenance, appliances and comfort all which we hope you will find satisfactory.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is an Eichler home built in the 30's and has been our family over 60 years. The front of the house has floor to ceiling windows which let in lots of natural light. Our yards have beautiful colors in the flowers. We love that our children and grandchildren can come and enjoy our beach house like we did as kids. We welcome you to come and enjoy it too.

Happy House is very close to the beach, at night we can hear the waves crashing upon the shore. We are also just a short walk to fantastic restaurants, ice cream, coffee shop, shopping, and a small grocery store. We have known this to be a safe, highly desirable neighborhood close to a lot, but usually peaceful and quiet at night.
