This was our second stay at this house. It's in a great location close to the ocean and the boardwalk. It's very comfortable with everything we need including to outdoor spaces. Diana is a very responsive host.

Fantastic location

Great place to stay with our 1.5 year old. Close proximity to the dog beach which was wonderful as well as a very cute small park nearby which was big hit.

Winter Walks to the Waves!

We loved our short getaway with our teenagers! Walked to the board walk and the dog beach and watched the surfers!

Great stay at Westside Santa Cruz

Newly updated, very clean, new furniture. Great location - easy one-block walk to lighthouse and beach. Street felt very safe. Close to Santa Cruz surfing area. We recommend it!

Awesomeness

We had such a great time at this property. Super close to everything if you want to get the Santa Cruz experience. We loved everything about it and will book again when we decided to go back. The heating and Air worked perfect, beds were super comfy. Nice big TVs so when you do spend time there you have your fix of your favorite shows and what not. Down side thou the down stairs sink didn’t seem to ever get warm water and we love being able to clean up after ourselves so, sadly, we left dishes in the dishwasher(we would of cleaned everything) plus side the shower was super hot(dang forgot to turn the temp down on water hearter.. just thinking about it, sorry) seriously thou it was great. I have no complaints. We worked around the cold water situation downstairs.. that was no biggie. The place was spotless when we got there. Everything was GREAT and on point. We can’t wait to go back when we have some more $. Everything in town is super expensive.. hadn’t been there in over 10 years + smhđŸ€Šâ€â™‚ïž We need to go more often

Perfect solution for extending family staying for wedding week. Great location for walking on West Cliff Dr along the ocean. Pet friendly but yard is not fenced in. But dog loved walks in neighborhood! Hosts were easy to communicate with.

Excellent property walking distance to boardwalk Beach

This is a very nice property very close to the water and the boardwalk and beach with a nice beautiful stroll along the shoreline to the main attractions. The house is roomy with a full kitchen and living room. Perfect for a couple with a child.

The location was wonderful, a new part of town for us on the westside. We found the unit to be dark inside with several of the light fixtures not working. The manager was responsive but seemed to be on a tight budget.

Little Gem

We had a great stay with everything we needed close to the surf for a contest this weekend. Super easy walk to surf, maybe 7 minutes to the steps. The kitchen was actually stocked with useful items which I’ve found to be rare in some places. Super easy check in and great access to town. We’ll be back next year. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful place to relax this is the ideal place to stay, everything was perfect and host was easy to contact and communicate with, beautiful location and close to everything Sant Cruz , would definitely come back for a return trip.

My daughter couldn’t come home for Christmas from college so we needed to bring Christmas to her. To my delight this ended up being perfect place to relax and stay warm durning storm. Close to beach to watch waves and fully stocked kitchen. Wow. Wonderful

Everything you Need

Kitchen has all things needed for preparing meals (pans, coffee maker, potato peeler, whisk, spatula and spoons, etc.) Same with bathrooms and bedrooms. Plenty of sheets, pillows, towels. Very clean. Nice walk to lighthouse and beach.

Cute bungalow with great location

Nice to walk to Steamer Lane to surf, eat at Steamer Supply, and great coffee and croissant at Shrine Coffee. The house is very efficient and comfortable with everything you need except maybe a full roll of paper towels and an extra roll of toilet paper so you don’t have to go to the store right away.

Just what we needed

We were in town for a large sporting event and needed somewhere close to the event - that also serve as a relaxing home base. This place was perfect for that. There was space in the garage for our gear. The house was cool and quiet after a day in the sun. We were comfortable and we loved it.

Wonderful corner of the World

Great little spot on West Cliff, right where you want to be. Only Lighthouse Field open space across the street and then the ocean so very quiet and serene. Clean living area downstairs and two great bedrooms upstairs, 1 with nice corner suite forest views and feels. Everything you need and nothing you don't! The front door lock and coded entry was a bit sticky but we got it figured out. Driveway reserved for your car was terrific. Thank you!
