Very comfortable and clean canal home cottage! This wonderful canal front home offers great views of the marsh and the waterway! New in 2023, the Guest bath has been remodeled, and new carpet in the bedrooms! Relax on the covered back porch overlooking the canal. In the hot afternoons, there is an outdoor living space under the home complete with a sectional sofa, coffee table, chairs, and a picnic table. Inside the home offers 3 Bedrooms (all with Queen beds), a portacrib for the small ones, 2 full Baths, Well stocked kitchen with a couple of bar stools. Living and Dining rooms open with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and all bedrooms! There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off all the sand and deck seating on that level as well. For the person who loves kayaking, there is an available kayak for your use. We are a Sunday to Sunday rental in the summer months. Beds are made up and ready for you! Just bring your towels that you need for the week. Offering 3 night minimums starting August 18th! Currently we are not pet friendly. No smoking in the house. There are two exterior cameras for security purposes only.

Dream Holden Vacation

First off, the house is the perfect location and combination of amenities. Basically 1 block from the beach and a dock for fish and boating out back. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. We are vegan and knew we would need to cook a lot. She had all the spices and prep things one might need. The house was clean and just as described. Checking was easy and so was check out. We loved it!

2 minute Walk to the Beach

This was an absolute amazing place. Barbra was wonderful throughout our entire stay. I took my 3 siblings on a little getaway like we do every year, and this was by far their favorite! The general store and ice cream shop were big hits! Love this place.

Perfect long weekend getaway

The home was adorable, cozy, nicely furnished and super clean! We visited friends and family who live nearby but it was nice to retire to our own place at the end of the day and enjoy beautiful views of the canal.

Excellent place to stay

House is in a great spot, great fishing from the dock, quiet and relaxing, very clean. Liked it so much we decided to stay an extra night. Barbara is always available for questions with quick answers and very informative of things around the area.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I booked a spur of the moment trip with our 2yo. We are so lucky to have found this gem. Our host was responsive and so welcoming. The house was super clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and dining. Our favorite spot was the back porch that over looked the canal. A perfect spot for relaxing after a day at the beach.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. This home is set up for family time. We enjoyed the outdoor area under the house and the beds were very comfortable..the house felt nice & clean. Perfect little getaway

The property is in a great location on the canal. We enjoyed fishing early in the morning and again in the evenings. House is clean and has everything you need and more. The property owner is extremely helpful and responds right away. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Immaculate Rental House

The house was one of the best rental houses that we have used in booking through VRBO. The house had everything that you could ever want in a rental home and the location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. We had a family of 4 and teenage kids rated the house one of the best with the ability to come in from the beach to fish and crab each night. Easy to cook with a fully stocked kitchen too. I would recommend pointing out no bath towels are included as we missed that in the listing. Barbara made this rental process very easy and we will definitely be booking again next summer!

Weekend get away with the boys

The location and quietness this property offers was great. From sittin on the dock fishing to sitting on the porch just enjoying the breeze it was great. The owner is also very easy to communicate with. I definitely plan on coming back here to stay again!

Amazing

My wife and 8 month old stay here for our first family of 3 beach trip. The owner is so incredible and even let us drop stuff off prior to check in. The house was a great location, super clean, just an overall great find. Highly recommend. Side note: my wife left shirts and the owner was kind of enough to mail them back to us! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely, peaceful, quiet place on water

It was so lovely to swim, kayak and paddleboards (we brought our own boards) every morning. It's a quick walk to the beach and we found so many fossils this visit. Will rent again!

Beautiful property!

I cannot describe how happy we were with our stay! The location was excellent, within a short walking distance of the beach and situated right off of the ICW. The balcony and crows nest provided excellent Sunrise and sunset views. We brought our boat down and the floating dock, fresh water access and fish cleaning table were all so convenient. The property was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen! The host was also very easy to work with and even offered us early check-in at no extra cost! 10/10!

I was born and raised in South Florida where we lived on a canal at one of the beaches, so I was driving our boat in elementary school! Salt water runs through my blood, and when we had an opportunity to purchase a home in Holden Beach back in 2004, we chose to be on a canal for the great boating access. My husband and I are both Realtors having been in the business since 1978! We have two sons, a daughter in law, and two precious grandchildren who all love the beach! We know you will love our small little house as much as we do!

This home offers a lot of the same comforts as your own home! We chose this one because of the great views of the marsh and the waterway, yet tucked back on the canal. We love the outdoor living areas, and the kids love crabbing and fishing right off the dock! There are TV's in all the bedrooms as well as the Living room.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love being on a canal and the beach access, convenience store and ice cream shop are right at the end of the street! After dinner, you can stroll up the street and treat yourselves to an ice cream. The outdoor living room is a great place to get out of the sun and relax or read a book.
