▪️ Converted garage provides a cozy studio with upgraded bathroom, glass shower box, study desk, and built-in kitchenette.
▪️ There are A/C mini-splits and a portable A/C unit in each bedroom, but the rest of the house has fans. Always cool inside.
▪️ Blackout curtains for our travel nurses and light-sensitive.

▪️ Equipped with everything you need, from cookware to Keurig Pods and Coffee Pot Brewer, Coffee/Tea, Water Kettle, and BBQ utensils, etc.

▪️ Our lovely breezy home has a unique twist: Main house includes 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sofabed & 2 bathrooms, while the detached cozy studio suite in the back boasts high ceilings, kitchenette, Murphy Queen bed, and bathroom. Perfect for couples or grandparents who want some peace and quiet away from the main house.

🅿️ PARKING
▪️ 1 free parking spot and street parking is available, but tight on the weekends and evenings. But we have one free parking spot in the back, and a second can be purchased if needed.

🛡️ SECURITY & SAFETY
▪️ For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio. Decibel level monitoring and occupancy sensors are enabled at this property. Any attempts at tampering with security devices or blocking/unplugging wifi will result in additional fees.

🐾 PET POLICY
▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome! $10 per pet, per night for stays up to 7 days (ask about our long stay discounts). We love pets, but please keep them off the beds, comforters, and sofas. An extra cleaning fee will be added if we need to deep clean these areas or if towels, bedding, carpets, etc., are stained/chewed up. We have provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan just in case you need them for any spills or excessive pet hair (PLEASE unclog the vacuum if your pet hair clogs it up)

▪️Our cozy front yard is perfect for outdoor sitting and dining. Enjoy our sizable backyard, which is large enough for a full dining area, a fire pit, BBQ, sitting corner, and space to spare.

📞 I'm just a call or text away at any given moment, and live nearby, and regularly check on my properties. Our handyman is just down the block and can be summoned quickly as well. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, or for local recommendations, etc!

☀️ The historic neighborhood of Ocean Beach is famous for its laid-back atmosphere and strong sense of community. Walkability to everything "OB" has to offer is reminiscent of a bygone era where cars were less necessary. One can surf in the morning, go shopping midday, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, and end the day with a fancy dinner, all without ever being more than a short walk back home.😊

Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
