VÄrt semesterbostadsuthyrningshem Àr ett 3 sovrum, 3 badrum tre-nivÄ hem med varje sovrum och badrum pÄ olika nivÄer. Varje sovrum har tillgÄng till eget badrum.

Vi köpte den för ungefÀr tio Är sedan och har totalrenoverat den inom och utanför. Köket har nya skÄp, bÀnkskivor i granit, apparater i rostfritt gas. Hemmet Àr naturligtvis vÀldigt ljust med alla nya vinylfönster, dörrar och takfönster med dubbla fönster. Badrummen har nya skÄp med bÀnkskivor i granit, nya fÄfÀngar, ljus och speglar.

Vi erbjuder massor av leksaker bÄde inom och utanför! Cyklar, Boogie-brÀdor, strandstolar, sandleksaker! Varje rum har en platt-TV, DVD-spelare, kabel-TV. Vi har gott om spel, kort för familjetid! Det finns tre dÀck för mamma och pappa att njuta av ett glas vin eller kaffe pÄ morgonen. Vi har ocksÄ en uteplats mot grÀnden med fullt bord och stolar. Glöm inte Weber Gas BBQ.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och ett eget privat dÀck med utsikt över Mission Bay. Det mellersta sovrummet har en dubbel vÄningssÀng med tvÄbÀddsrum pÄ toppen och utdragbar dubbelsÀngssÀng pÄ botten. Det nedre sovrummet har tvÄ queen size-sÀngar.

Alla madrasser och sÀngklÀder Àr av hög kvalitet och madrasserna Àr Sealy kudde toppar. Vi har travertinplattor i entréer, kök och badrum. Det finns 3 dÀck och en uteplats framför för att njuta av kaffe eller ett glas vin.

2-bilgaraget har direkt tillgĂ„ng till hemmet. Garaget Ă€r utrustat med 4 vuxna cyklar, 5 boogiebrĂ€dor, solstolar och handdukar. Naturgas Weber Gas BBQ ligger utanför köket pĂ„ köksdĂ€ck pĂ„ andra vĂ„ningen. Vi tillhandahĂ„ller en dubbel 2. 4 Ghz./5 Ghz. TRÅDLÖS höghastighetsrouter, trĂ„dlös skrivare, TV-apparater med DVD-spelare i varje sovrum och filmer (minst 25). TvĂ€ttmaskin / torktumlare finns i det dubbla garaget. PĂ„ begĂ€ran kan vi tillhandahĂ„lla extra barncyklar, barnvagn, port-en-spjĂ€lsĂ€ng och barnstol.

Inom en kort promenad finns flera lokala restauranger, deli, caféer och mer. Dessa restauranger Àr inte kedjor utan lokala! Restaurangerna inkluderar The Mission, Saskas, Rubicon Deli, Pizza och mer! Stora livsmedelsbutiker shopping Àr ungefÀr 1/2 mil norr om Mission Blvd.

The house location is great. Easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The bedrooms being on three different levels is nice when traveling with others. Kitchen had everything you need. The hosts were very easy to get ahold of.

Loved Our Stay

The home was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy. It supplied all the amenities listed and more. The location and walking distance to the beach and other places was very easy. This was perfect for my family of 8. I would stay again.

The home was just as described and all we were hoping for and more! The host was very communicative and responded quickly to all of my questions and even allowed me to add days onto the reservation. Great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. It is a fabulous location, the garage was fully stocked with all the beach extras. The housekeeping service did not do a great job but when brought to the owners attention she addressed it immediately.

Sunny and Close to Beaches and Bay

Great Location

Great location for Mission bay and Ocean surf , got a lot of use out the bikes for beach rides, with 2 families the layout and 3 bathrooms make it a nice stay for 2 families, worked perfect.

Great stay!

We were there to celebrate our son’s SDSU college. We loved having the option of being on the calm bay on day and then the ocean a short block away in the other side. The bikes were fun to take out on the bike paths. Many places to eat a short walk away. Mission Beach is a happening place with close living. Alley is narrow and can be hard to get two cars in. We were able to do it with a Tesla and Honda CRV. Nice to have a secure parking spot.

We had a wonderful time. The beach and bay were both so close. This is the first place we have rented that had plenty of tp and paper towels. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely great visit by the sea and San Diego

This was an exceptional VRBO experience. The listing was accurate. Easy access to both bay and beach just a few steps away in either direction. We loved the kitchen and it was well equipped with just about anything an aspiring chef would wish. Rooms on all three floors were comfortable and with each floor with its own bathroom made things easy.

Awesome Rental!

The location is perfect. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Rosemarie’s (across the street) was delicious. The Olive Cafe is great for breakfast. Arslan’s was a hit, too. The rental was clean and very nicely appointed. The hosts responded quickly to questions. Everyone in our party was thrilled with the rental. Truly a five star experience.

Great stay for a beach vacation!

This was the perfect house for a multi-family vacation. Walking distance to the beach, bay, and all food places you could want. As well as just a short drive to nearly anywhere in San Diego. The property comes with all the beach things you may need so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own which is nice. The only issue is how difficult parking is. The garage fit two small cars but our third member had to park nearly a mile and a half away due to not being able to find street parking. Overall I would rent this house again!

Lovely Home

This home is in a wonderful location...in two blocks you are either on the ocean or at the bay. The area has nightlife, restaurants, fun shops and grocery access. It is close to downtown, super close to SeaWorld and Belmont Park and a fun area to explore. The house is great. We had 2 couples and a single staying there. There are 3 floors and each floor has a bedroom and a bathroom. It was perfect for our group. The property owners are very kind people. When we needed a place to store our bags until we went to the airport they allowed us to store them in the garage so we could explore the area without the worry of dragging our bags around with us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Tom and Joanne for your generosity and kindness.

Great Location, Fun Vacation

This property was accurately portrayed on VRBO. House very clean and comfortable. We had a great time. We used bikes and all the patios. Since covid we prepared many meals. Extremely easy to pick up meals nearby also. Our only complaint would be that there weren't any small or medium sauce pans (2 - 8 qt) or large fry pans (4 5" fry pans), additionally no measuring cups or measuring spoons. We were creative and used the one cup measurements on the blender carafe. We figured that there has probably been many meals prepared in the kitchen recently increasing the wear and tear on kitchen items. As mentioned in other reviews the dishwasher is a handful and on it's last leg. Additionally, Tom had to help us figure out lighting the grill. Tom was exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed the house and would definitely book again. Fun socially distanced vacation.

Great location! There was enough room for everyone as far as bedrooms. The patio furniture in the living room would have been better suited outside, as it was a bit uncomfortable to sit on longer than a few minutes.

We live in Scripps Ranch a community about 20 minutes from Mission Beach. My youngest son loved Mission Beach and wanted to "staycation" in Mission so he could surf and see his buddies. We then decided to purchase a 2 bedroom and make it a vacation rental in which the family could also use. We live at Costco! We are available to fix minor problems or can arrange an expert if necessary. We have lived in San Diego since college and love it! We would love to recommend our favorite spots. Tom and Joanne

Single detached home in Mission Beach! Each bedroom and bath are on separate levels allowing privacy. The home is very light and has a beach feel about it. The area is quiet and still close to all the activities! There are several local restaurants, delis and pubs within a short walk. We are one short block to both the bay and the ocean We have a 2 car garage with direct access to the home.

3 bedroom, 3 full baths on separate levels. The home is very light and feels "beachy" We provide all that you need including 4 beach cruisers, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys. Inside enjoy wifi, Cable TV, DVD players and more. We several outdoor decks to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. There is a Weber Gas BBQ outside the kitchen along with all you will need to prepare a nice fun meal.
